Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Cafe Kabalu Palembang. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling using convenience sampling type. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were people who made purchases at the Kabalu Palembang cafe. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used the T test and F test. The results of the analysis are that product quality has not effected on customer satisfaction, meanwhile service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh”kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Cafe Kabalu”Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan memakai jenis convenience sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan orang-orang yang melakukan pembelian di cafe kabalu Palembang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
