This research is basic research that explores psychological well-being and self-efficacy as potential values that can later be developed as part of the stress management intervention for teachers. The data were collected through an online survey from 116 Kindergarten teachers who had minimum 2 years of working experience. Banguntapan and Sewon districts were chosen as cluster sampling from Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The instruments used for data collection were the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), the Psychological Well-being Scale (PSWB), and the Teacher Sense Efficacy Scale (TSE). Descriptive statistics and a multiple linear regression test were employed. Results showed that psychological well-being and self-efficacy jointly affected teachers' stress levels by 42.9% (p <.001). This study concludes that psychological well-being and self-efficacy have a significant adverse effect on stress. It can be developed as an intervention construct to improve the teacher's mental health.
