<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the improvement of the quality of learning through work motivation and professionalism of teachers at Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al Islamiyya Al Musyaddad Tlobong Sidoharjo Polanharjo Klaten. This study used descriptive qualitative method. at KMI Al Musyaddad Tlobong Sidoharjo Klaten. The subject of this research is the classroom teacher. Research informants are students, and the director of KMI. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses the source and method triangulation method. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teachers of KMI Al Musyaddad are qualified, indicated by the existence of good work motivation through aspects of respect for work, available information, giving sincere attention, competition, participation, and achievement. The professionalism of teachers at Kulliyatul Al Islamiyah Al Musyaddad is very good, indicated by the ability to plan lessons, the ability to carry out learning, and the ability to evaluate learning outcomes, all of which are in the very good category.]]>
