Mengurangi Perilaku Agresif Siswa Melalui Layanan Klasikal Menggunakan Teknik Sosiodrama

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku agresif siswa sebelum dan sesudah layanan klasikal. Serta mengetahui tingkat keefektifan layanan klasikal menggunakan teknik sosiodrama dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa kelas V. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki kelas V di SD N Pegirikan 03 yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subyek penelitian memiliki perilaku agresif. Setelah diberikan layanan, terdapat penurunan terhadap perilaku agresif yang dimiliki siswa. Persentase perilaku agresif yang ditunjukkan siswa pada awalnya menunjukkan angka diatas 50%, namun setelah layanan klasikal perilaku agresif siswa menunjukkan persentase dibawah 50%. Layanan klasikal menggunakan teknik sosiodrama efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa kelas V di SD N Pegirikan 03. Hal ini, dapat dibuktikan dengan penurunan persentase perilaku agresif siswa sebelum dan sesudah layanan. The purpose of this research is to determine the students' aggressive behavior before and after the classical services, as well as determine the level of classical services with sosiodrama techniques effectiveness in reducing the students’ aggressive behavior. This study is quasi-experimental. Subjects in this research were 14 male students in grade V of SD N Pegirikan 03. Data collection methods used were observation and interviews. Techniques used to analyze the data is analysis of qualitative data and analysis descriptive percentages. The results showed that the subjects had aggressive behavior. After a given service, there is a decline in the aggressive behavior of the students. The students aggressive behavior presentage shown before the service initially showed values above 50%, but after the classical services show that the aggressive behavior percentage of students below 50%. The classical services with sosiodrama techniques are effective in reducing aggressive behavior of the students in grade V SD N Pegirikan 03. It can be evidenced by the decrease in the percentage of students' aggressive behavior before and after the classical services.
