<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are to: 1) Determine the company's financial performance in terms of the financial ratios of PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso in the field of oil palm plantations. The research was conducted at PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso, from November 2012 to January 2016. The research method used was descriptive quantitative analysis (%). Descriptive quantitative analysis is a method of analysis by describing or describing in the form of numbers that have been collected as they are without making conclusions that apply to the general public or generalizations in research on several respondents which include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Equity (ROE), Measuring Financial Performance Against Profitability Ratio Recap at PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso.
