With the curriculum led to the new changes, such as changes in the delivery system of the subject matter in teaching and learning. The new system was implemented in the Learning Skills Program that emphasizes the involvement of the student in the learning process as well as the activity of teachers. Teaching and learning activities have been planned and used appropriate methods, it will cause the effect on student achievement so that student achievement would be better. This is similar to the method of assignment to the learning achievement Civics, where the application of these methods will be more successful and influential on increasing academic achievement.
