Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth about: (1) TeacherProfession Strengthening in MI Manbaúl Falah Sidorejo PamotanRembang, (2) Teacher Profession Strengthening in MI ManbaúlFalah Sidorejo Pamotan Rembang to its academic living, (3)feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of Teacher ProfessionStrengthening in MI Manbaúl Falah Sidorejo Pamotan Rembang.The method of the study is ethnographic qualitative research thatexamines human behavior in a natural setting by focusing on thecultural interpretation of the behavior. Furthermore, the datacollection techniques are observation (for event data sources),interviews (for respondent data sources), and documentation(for document data source). Data analysis technique is Spreadleymodel qualitative data analysis technique. By using is domainanalysis. The findings are expected to get a school figure whichbecomes a prototype for Schools/Madrasah to develop theirinstitutions as educational institutions that can improve thequality through Teacher Profession Strengthening throughits theoretical contributions. Talented student services) whichprovides opportunities to finish their studies faster will have apositive impact on increasing the academic quality for them.
