PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN GEOMETRI SMA BERDASARKAN TEORI VAN HIELE BERBANTUAN WINGEOM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh perangkat pembelajaran geometri SMA berdasarkan teori Van Hiele berbantuan wingeom yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian desain. Perangkat yang dikembangkan terdiri dari buku siswa, buku petunjuk guru, dan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Manggis, dengan subjek penelitian disesuaikan dengan tahapan-tahapan penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan, lembar pengamatan aktivitas belajar siswa, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang berkualitas valid, praktis, dan efektif. Karakteristik pembelajaran yang diperoleh adalah (1)pembelajaran dimulai dengan proses visualisasi melalui contoh gambar pada media, selanjutnya siswa bereksplorasi agar mampu menemukan konsep; (2)pemberian contoh oleh siswa bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahamannya; dan (3)proses integrasi bertujuan untuk merangkum seluruh pengalaman belajar siswa. Karakteristik buku siswa adalah (1)berisi uraian apersepsi tiap awal pertemuan; (2)berisi LKS yang bersesuaian dengan media pembelajaran; dan (3)berisi latihan soal pada akhir pertemuan. Karakteristik buku petunjuk guru adalah (1)berisi uraian beserta contoh apersesi pada tiap awal pertemuan; (2)berisi petunjuk langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran; dan (3)pada sisi lain berisi gambar halaman buku siswa. Karakteristik media pembelajaran adalah (1)bersesuaian dengan LKS; (2)sesuai kemampuan siswa; dan (3)dapat menjadi bahan eksplorasi oleh siswa.Kata Kunci : pembelajaran geometri SMA, teori Van Hiele, wingeom The objectives of the study is to obtain the media for Senior High School geometry learning based on Van Hiele theory which is valid, practical, and effective. This study is a kind of design study. The media which were developed consisted of Students books, teacher guidance book, and learning media. This study was conducted in SMAN 1 Manggis and the subject of the study was made based on the stages of study. Instruments used were validation sheet, observation sheet, observation sheet of students learning activity, questionnaire, and study result test. Data was analyzed descriptively. The result of the study was learning media which was valid, practical, and effective. The characteristics of learning process which was obtained such as (1)learning was started by visual process through giving example of picture in media, then students explored themselves to find the concept; (2)students were asked to give example in order to deepen their understanding; and (3)integration process aimed at embracing whole students learning experience. The characteristics of students book were (1)contained the commentary of apperception for pre-meeting; (2)contained students exercise sheet which was suitable with learning media; and (3)contained exercise for post meeting. The characteristics of teacher guidance book were (1)contained commentary and example of apperception for pre-meeting; (2)contained guidance for learning process; and (3)in another sheet contained picture of students book page. The characteristics of learning media were (1)appropriate with students exercise sheet; (2)suit the students knowledge properly; and (3)can be used as exploration material.keyword : senior high school geometry learning, Van Hiele theory, wingeom.
