KONTRIBUSI VO2 MAKS, PANJANG TUNGKAI DAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI TERHADAP HASIL LARI SPRINT 100 METER

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi VO2 Maks, panjang tungkai dan power otot tungkai terhadap hasil lari sprint 100 meter pada atlet club Joyo Kusumo Pati. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey test dengan desain korelasional, sedangkan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa VO2 Maks, panjang tungkai dan power otot tungkai memiliki kontribusi terhadap hasil lari sprint 100 meter. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial VO2 Maks tidak memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap hasil lari sprint 100 meter. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan positif bagi pelatih dalam melakukan pembibitan hendaknya memperhatikan aspek panjang tungkai dari calon atlet yang akan dipilih dan memberikan latihan teknik dasar lari sprint 100 meter perlu juga memberikan latihan fisik berupa power otot tungkai agar kegiatan latihan dapat berhasil secara optimal. This research aims to find out the magnitude of the contribution of VO2 Max, long leg and leg muscle power to run 100 metres sprint results on athletes club Joyo Kusumo Pati. The method used is the method of survey test with korelasional design, whereas the sample selection method using total sampling. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research show that VO2 Max, long leg and leg muscle power had contributed to the results of running sprint 100 meters. Based on test results of partial VO2 Max does not contribute significantly to the results run sprint 100 meters. This research contributed positively to the trainers in conducting seedling should be paying attention to this aspect of the long leg of prospective athletes who will be chosen and give you the basic techniques of exercise running sprint 100 meters need to also give physical exercise in the form of muscle power to exercise activities managed optimally.
