PENGARUH LATIHANPLIOMETRIKDEPTH JUMP DAN KNEE TUCK JUMP TERHADAP HASIL TENDANGAN KERASATLIT SEPAKBOLA DI TIM JUNIOR “GHEZANG”SIMO

Abstract

Atlit sepakbola eropa mempunyai tendangan lebih keras dari pada atlit sepakbola Indonesia, begitu pula para altit sepakbola GHEZANG Simo. Upaya untuk meningkatkan tendangan keras pada atlit GHEZANG peneliti mencoba memberikan latihan pliometrik depth jump dan knee tuck jump. Bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman lapangan tentang latihan depth jump dan knee tuck jump. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, metode latihan depth jump memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan knee tuck jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 anak atlit sepakbola di tim junior “GHEZANG” Simo. Dengan memberikan tes awal (Pre Test) dengan hasil yang kemudian di matching dengan metode A-B – B-A. Setelah di matching akan didapatkan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen I yang diberi latihan depth jump dan kelompok eksperimen II yang diberi latihan knee tuck jump. Kedua kelompok ini diberi perlakuan selama 20 kali pertemuan diakhiri dengan tes akhir (Post Test). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pola M-S, pengolahan data menggunakan statistik dengan rumus t-test pendek dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan derajat kebebasan (db) 14.Hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh mean tes awal kelompok eksperimen I = 18,67; mean tes awal kelompok eksperimen II = 18,53;  mean tes akhir kelompok eksperimen I = 22,33; mean tes akhir kelompok eksperimen II = 21,33; t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (2,646  2,145), dan data perbedaan mean kelompok eksperimen I ternyata lebih besar daripada mean kelompok eksperimen II yaitu 22,33  21,33. European football athletes have more hard kick from the Indonesian football athletes, so did the GHEZANG Simo athlete football. as an attempt to increase the hard kick on GHEZANG athletes, researchers tried to give depth jump and knee tuck jump plyometric training. This training aimed to the get experience of depth jump and knee tuck jump training. Based on the research that has been done, depth jump training methods give better results than knee tuck jump. This research used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 30 young athletes on the football team junior "GHEZANG" Simo. By providing early testing (Pre Test) with matching results later in the method by AB - BA. After the matching can be obtained by two groups namely experimental group I given depth jump training and experimental group II provided training knee tuck jump. Both groups were treated for 20 times the meeting concluded with a final test (Post Test). This research using experimental methods with MS pattern, data processing using statistical t-test formula short with 5% significance level and degrees of freedom (db) 14. Statistical calculation result obtained mean early testing experimental group I = 18.67; mean early testing experimental group II = 18.53; mean final test experimental group I = 22.33; mean final test experimental group II = 21.33; t count greater than t table (2.646 2.145), and mean group difference data of experiment I turned out larger than the mean experimental group ie 22.33 21.33 II.
