SENAM JANTUNG SEHAT SERI V MENINGKATKAN KEBUGARAN DAN PENURUNAN LEMAK TUBUH PADA LANSIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini penelitian semu eksperimen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Senam Jantung Sehat Seri V dapat meningkatkan  kebugaran pada Lansia dan mengetahui apakah Senam Jantung Sehat Seri V dapat menurunkan Lemak Tubuh pada Lansia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 13 orang diambil dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian tes jalan cepat 4.820 m dan Skinfold Califer.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Senam Jantung Sehat seri V dapat meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh dengan hitungan rata-rata tingkat kebugaran sebelum mengikuti Senam Jantung Sehat seri V dengan rata-rata preetest = 57,49, Varians (s2)= 85,7058, dan Standar deviasi (s)= 9,26. Rata-rata nilai kebugaran tubuh setelah mengikuti Senam Jantung Sehat seri V = 51,03, Varians (s2)= 60,3653, dan Standart deviasi (s)= 7,77. Akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam menurunkan Lemak Tubuh Lansia dengan hitungan rata-rata preetest =20,13, Varians (s2)= 43,966, dan Standart deviasi (s)= 6,63. Rata-rata nilai lemak tubuh setelah mengikuti senam jantung sehat seri V = 21,24, Varians (s2)= 19,438, dan Standart deviasi (s)= 4,41. Simpulan penelitian yaitu Senam Jantung Sehat seri V peningkatan kebugaran akan tetapi tidak menurunkan lemak tubuh secara signifikan. Saran yang diberikan adalah selalu melakukan aktifitas olahraga untuk meningkatkan kebugaran dan diimbangi dengan mengontrol jumlah kalori.The purpose of this research is to figure out whether Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V can increase elderly fitness and to find out whether Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V can decrease elderly body fat. Samples of this research are 13 people that was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Instruments of this research are quick walk test 4.820 m and Skinfold Califer. The research result shows that Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V can increase body fitness with average measures of fitness before attending the Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V with pretest mean = 57,49, Variance (S2) = 85,7058 and Standard Deviation (S) = 9,26. The average number of body fitness after attending Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V = 51,03, Variance (S2) = 60,3653, and Standard Deviation (S) = 7,77. However, it isnot giving influence significantly in decrease elderly body fat with pretest mean = 20,13, Variance (S2) = 43,966, and Standard Deviation (S) = 6,63.  The average number after attending Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V= 21.24, Variance (S2) = 19.438, and Standard deviation (s) = 4.41. The conclusion of this research is Healthy Heart Gymnastics series V increase fitness but decrese boy fat significantly. The Suggestions that can be given are always doing exercise acivities to increase fitness and be balanced by controlling the amount of calory.
