CIRCUIT TRAINING DENGAN RASIO 1:1 DAN RASIO 1:2 TERHADAP PENINGKATAN VO2 MAX

Abstract

Peningkatan VO2 Maxpada atlet sepak bola Putra Ngaliyan Semarang menggunakan circuit training rasio 1:1 dan rasio 1:2 dengan tes Multistate Fitnes test untuk mengetahui nilai VO2 Max. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training dengan rasio 1:1 dan rasio 1:2 terhadap peningkatan VO2 Max dan membandingkan keefektifan antara circuit training dengan rasio 1:1 dan circuit training dengan rasio 1:2 terhadap peningkatan VO2 Max pada atlet sepak bola.Metode penelitian ini yaitu Pretest Posttest with Control Grupdengan teknik survei dan tes. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh atlet Puslat sepak bola Putra Ngaliyan Semarang 32 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling memperoleh sampel 24 orang. Alat dalam penelitian Multistage Fitnes Test, stopwatch, meteran, kun dan bola. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Maret tahun 2015, di Lapangan Ngaliyan Semarang. Variabel penelitian: (1) variabel bebas: Circuit training dengan rasio 1:1 dan rasio 1:2 dilakukan selama 6 minggu, dalam seminggu 3 kali pertemuan, latihan dengan intensitas 70% sampai 90% (2) variabel terikat: Volume oksigen maksimal (VO2 Max). Metode pengolahan data menggunakan statistik pola M-S dengan rumus t-test. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan rumus t-testdengan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 16. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil pre-test circuit training rasio 1:1 adalah 42,32 dan post-test  sebesar 47,32. Sedangkan circuit training rasio 1:2 rata-rata pre-test sebesar 42,29 dan post-test sebesar 45,98. Hasil penelitian yaitu circuit training rasio 1:1 dan rasio 1:2 dapat meningkatkan volume oksigen maksimal (VO2 Max) pada atlet Puslat sepak bola Putra Ngaliyan Semarang. Circuit training rasio 1:1 lebih baik terhadap peningkatan VO2 Max.Increased VO2 Max in soccer athletes Son Ngaliyan Semarang using circuit training ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 ratio with Multistate test Fitnes test to determine the value of VO2Max.This study was to determine the effect of circuit training with a ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 ratio to the increase in VO2 Max and compare the effectiveness of circuit training with a ratio of 1:1 and circuit training with a ratio of 1:2 to increase VO2 Max in soccer athletes. This research method is Pretest Posttest Control Group with survey techniques and tests. The entire study population Puslat football athletes Son Ngaliyan Semarang 32 people, purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample 24 people.Tool in research Multistage Fitness Equipment Test, stopwatch, meter, kun and balls. The study was conducted in January to March 2015, in the Field Ngaliyan Semarang. The research variables: (1) independent variables: Circuit training with a ratio of 1:1 and the ratio of 1:2 performed for 6 weeks, 3 times a week meetings, exercise intensity of 70% to 90% (2) dependent variable: Volume maximal oxygen (VO2 Max). Method of data processing using statistical pattern MS with the formula t-test.Research data analysis techniques using the formula t-test with SPSS version 16. Results showed that the average results of pre-test circuit training 1:1 ratio is 42.32 and the post-test of 47.32. While circuit training ratio of 1:2 average of 42.29 pre-test and post-test of 45.98. The results of the research that is circuit training ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 ratio may increase the maximum volume of oxygen (VO2 Max) at Puslat football athletes Son Ngaliyan Semarang. Circuit training ratio of 1:1 is better to increase VO2 Max.
