This study aims to examine: (1) work stress and motivation on job satisfaction, (2) work stress on the motivation (3) work stress on job satisfaction, (4) the motivation for job satisfaction. The subject of this study is MTSN in Jembrana territory, and the object in this study is occupational stress, motivation, and job satisfaction. The design of the research used was the causal quantitative work. the number of samples used is 52 respondents. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaire and the data analysis techniques used are track analysis. The results of this study are: (1) work stress and motivation significantly affect job satisfaction by 74.9%. (2) work stress is negative and significant to motivation by 48.8%. (3) work stress has a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction of 39.1. (4) motivation has a positive and significant impact on satisfaction of 22.1%.
