This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and location both simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty at Agata Salon. The research design used was causal quantitative research. Determination of the sample in the study using a non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 130 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Service quality and location have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Agata Salon. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Agata Salon. (3) Location has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Salon Agata.
