<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on society. The Serang Regency Government seeks to carry out breeding by conducting community empowerment programs. This study aims to analyze and evaluate program innovations and community empowerment activities carried out by regional officials in Serang Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that several activities based on community empowerment in Serang Regency that are relevant as needed are: a. Development of sports that are integrated with sports competitions at the district/district/village level. b. Sustainable tourism development (sustainable tourism development) and community based tourism development (community based tourism development). c. Technological innovation program (Appropriate Technology), as well as collaborating with the rural agricultural sector with the industrial sector. d. Development of incentive schemes for individual/community parties who carry out environmental improvement e. Millennial Farmers Program (West Java Province Benchmark) f. Creative City/Village Development In general, program innovations need to utilize and adapt to potential locations and utilization of digital 4.0 technology developments.]]>
