Optimalisasi Kegiatan Amaliyah Tadris Sebagai Wahana Pengembangan Karakter

Abstract

Abstrak Pondok Pesantren Darunnaim YAPIA Bogor merupakan pesantren yang memiliki program khusus praktik mengajar bagi santri kelas akhir, kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk nyata dari teori pembelajaran yang telah diterima sebagai awal pembentukan guru yang berkarakter. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui optimalisasi kegiatan amaliyah tadris dan pengembangan karakter yang dibangun dengan ‘amaliyah tadrīs. Kualitatif dengan studi lapangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dilakukan mulai Januari sampai Maret 2022 di Pesantren Darunnaim YAPIA Bogor, wawancara mendalam dan observasi sebagai pengumpulan data, analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga langkah; reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan ‘amaliyah tadrīs terdiri dari perencanaan dengan pembuatan i’dad dengan persetujuan pembimbing, pelaksanaan mengajar di kelas, dan naqd atau feedback hasil praktik mengajar. Pengembangan karakter yang muncul dari ‘amaliyah tadrīs diantaranya tanggung jawab, jujur, disiplin, komunikatif, kreatif, mandiri, factual, sabar, kritis dan demokratis. Abstract Pondok Pesantren Darunnaim YAPIA Bogor is a boarding school that has a special program of teaching practice for final grade students, this activity is a tangible form of learning theory that has been accepted as the beginning of the formation of character teachers. The goal of this research was to figure out how to optimize tadris amaliyah activities and character development using 'amaliyah tadrs. The research method employed in this study was qualitative with field studies. In-depth interviews and observations were conducted as data collecting from January to March 2022 at the Darunnaim Islamic Boarding School YAPIA Bogor, and data analysis was completed in three steps: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. According to the findings of the study, the implementation of 'amaliyah tadrs entails planning by creating i'dad with the supervisor's consent, teaching in the classroom, and naqd or feedback on the results of teaching practice. Responsibility, honesty, discipline, communicative, creative, autonomous, factual, patient, critical, and democratic character development originate from 'amaliyah tadrs.
