<![CDATA[The pastor is the leader in a church. The pastor is the highest authority in a church. However, it should be realized that the leadership of the Pastor is also inherent in his life. This means that the leadership and character of the pastor's life cannot be separated. The character of the Pastor greatly influences his leadership in a church and family. So, the success of the leadership of the Congregation Shepherd is largely determined by the character of the Congregation Shepherd. The character of the Church Shepherd is fundamental in all things. Some of the pastor's leadership are not optimal, because they have characters that are not in accordance with the truth of God's Word. Shepherd with goals that are self-interested. And the focus of the Shepherd's character will be discussed in the context of Mark 10:45 which is centered on Jesus Christ. This writing uses a descriptive literature method. The goal is that through writing the Personal Principles of the Lord Jesus According to Mark 10:45, namely, First, come not to be served. Second, come to serve. Third, came to give His life. Fourth, came to give a ransom for many. The person of the Lord Jesus must be an answer to the relevance of the current pastor's character in the leadership of the congregation, namely: First, the pastor must be present not to be served. Second, the pastor of the congregation is here to serve. Third, the pastor of the congregation is always ready to make sacrifices. Fourth, the pastor is present to always set an example. Fifth, the pastor is here to give encouragement. By having this kind of character, surely the leadership of the pastor will be a blessing to the entire congregation and the name of the Lord Jesus will be glorified.AbstrakGembala Sidang adalah pemimpin dalam sebuah gereja. Gembala Sidang pemegang otoritas tertinggi dalam sebuah gereja. Namun perlu disadari bahwa kepemimpinan Gembala Sidang melekat juga dalam sisi kehidupannya. Artinya kepemimpinan dan karakter kehidupan Gembala Sidang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Karakter Gembala Sidang sangat mempengaruhi kepemimpinannya dalam sebuah gereja dan keluarga. Jadi, keberhasilan kepemimpinan Gembala Sidang sangat ditentukan dengan karakter yang dimiliki Gembala Sidang. Karakter Gembala Sidang menjadi dasar dalam segala hal. Beberapa kepemimpinan Gembala Sidang sangat tidak maksimal, karena memiliki karakter yang tidak sesuai dengan kebenaran Firman Tuhan. Menggembalakan dengan tujuan-tujuan yang bersifat demi kepentingan diri sendiri. Dan fokus karakter Gembala Sidang akan dibahas dalam konteks Markus 10:45 yang bersentral kepada Yesus Kristus. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskritif literatur. Tujuannya supaya lewat penulisan yaitu Prinsip-Prinsip Pribadi Tuhan Yesus Menurut Markus 10:45 yaitu, Pertama, datang bukan untuk dilayani. Kedua, datang untuk melayani. Ketiga, datang untuk memberikan nyawa-Nya. Keempat, datang untuk memberikan tebusan bagi banyak orang. Pribadi Tuhan Yesus ini harus menjadi sebuah jawaban terhadap relevansi karakter gembala sidang masa kini dalam kepemimpinan jemaat yaitu : Pertama, gembala sidang harus hadir untuk bukan dilayani. Kedua, gembala sidang hadir untuk melayani. Ketiga, gembala sidang selalu siap untuk berkorban. Keempat, gembala sidang hadir untuk selalu memberi teladan. Kelima, gembala sidang hadir untuk memberikan semangat. Dengan memiliki karakter seperti ini pasti kepemimpinan gembala sidang akan menjadi berkat bagi seluruh jemaat dan nama Tuhan Yesus dipermuliakan.]]>
