Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan sejauh mana pengaruh  kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory dengan menggunakan cara Accidental Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen AHASS TAWANGSARI MOTOR Lawang sejumlah 130 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur atau path analysis dengan software smart partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan  berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen apabila dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Loyalitas Konsumen. AbstractThis article explains the extent of the effect of quality of service on consumer loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction. The research approach used is explanatory by using accidental sampling. The population in this study was all consumers of AHASS TAWANGSARI MOTOR Lawang as many as 130 respondents. The data collection technique used is. The analysis tool used is path analysis or path analysis with smart partial least square (PLS) software. The results showed that the quality of service has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, and the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty when mediated by consumer satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Service, Customer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty.
