Analisis Pandemic Fatigue Melalui Gratitude Training Service Pada Tenaga Kesehatan Puskesmas Kalasan Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact in various aspects including mental health. As the frontline handling of covid-19, health workers are vulnerable to psychological impacts due to longer working hours than usual, the risk of exposure to the virus, and the existence of a double job desk during the pandemic, making them vulnerable to burnout which results in psychological problems. In order for health workers to be able to manage psychological problems so that their feelings become more positive in receiving various stimuli, then training in diversity may be a solution. The purpose of this study is to analyze pandemic fatigue in health workers through the Gratitude Training Service Program. This research method is action research with an experimental type with One Group Pretest-Posttest and a research sample of 20 people. Data collection was carried out using the PANAS (Positive Affect Negative Affect Schedule) scale and analyzed with a paired sample t-test. The results showed that after training there was a decrease in the size of the negative affect to be low and very low with a p value of 0.000. There were significant differences related to the decrease in negative affect in respondents before and after treatment. Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak di berbagai aspek termasuk kesehatan mental. Sebagai garda terdepan penangan covid-19, tenaga kesehatan menjadi rentan terkena dampak psikologis akibat jam kerja yang lebih panjang dari biasanya, resiko terpapar virus, dan adanya double job desk selama pandemi, sehingga rentan mengalami burnout yang mengakibatkan timbulnya permasalahan psikologis. Agar nakes mampu mengelola permasalahan psikologis sehingga perasaannya menjadi lebih positif dalam menerima berbagai stimulus, maka pelatihan kebersyukuran mungkin menjadi solusi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisa pandemic fatigue pada tenaga kesehatan melalui Gratitude Training Service Program. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan jenis eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala PANAS (Positive Affect Negative Affect Schedule) dan dianalisis dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah pelatihan terjadi penurunan kebersyukuran afek negative sedang menjadi rendah dan sangat rendah dengan p value 0.000. Ada perbedeaan yang signifikan terkait penurunan afek negatif pada responden sebelum dan setelah perlakuan.
