This study aims to obtain tested explanatory findings about the effect of: 1) education level and work motivation on employee performance, (2) education level on work motivation, (3) education level on employee performance, and (4) work motivation for employee performance at SNS. The research design used is a causal quantitative. The subject of this study were all of the employees in SNS, and the objects were: education level, work motivation, and employee’s performance. Total population of this research are 80 employees who all combine became observation unit, therefore this research including population research. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and interviews, and analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study are as follows: (1) education level and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) education level has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) education level has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SNS.
