<![CDATA[This research is descriptive research, namely research conducted to analyze the motivation and work discipline of Bima City Bappeda employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of samples used is 38 people, with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. After testing the validity, then all the instruments are valid and reliable. Based on the test results starting from the validity test, the reliability test states that it is valid and reliable. For testing the One Sample Test on Work Motivation, it is stated that "It is suspected that the Work Motivation of Bima City Bappeda Employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic is more than or equal to 75% of the expected (already high) criteria" can be proven or accepted.
