<![CDATA[This research is motivated by low teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on teacher certification Performance SMP Kotagajah District of the Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used in this study was Ex Post Facto and Survey with descriptive research verification. Sampling was probability sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling and calculated using the formula slovin. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Based on the data analysis obtained the following results: (1) There is a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers discipline (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers motivation. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of the discipline and motivation to the performance of teachers.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh performance guru yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Performance pada guru sertifikasi SMP Kecamatan Kotagajah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik samplingnya adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin terhadap performance guru (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap performance guru. (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin dan motivasi terhadap performance guru.Kata kunci : disiplin, motivasi, dan performance]]>
