<![CDATA[ABTRACT The purposes of this research are to determine the work motivation, librarian performance and the influence of work motivation on the librarian performance in Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Bali. This research is quantitative descriptive. The quantitative descriptive is research aims for collecting data, analyzing data and displays data in narrative form and figure. The data collection are done by distributing questionnaires to 18 respondents and observation. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling technique that is sampling technique when all members of the population used as samples.T-test results obtained by value t-count equal to 3.046 with significant value 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect of influence between work motivations toward the librarian performance in Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Bali.
