MEMBANGUN EKOSISTEM EKONOMI KREATIF MELALUI KELEMBAGAAN, ASPEK LEGAL DAN PEMASARAN MENUJU RINTISAN DESA KREATIF

Abstract

Abstrak : Desa-desa yang telah mengembangkan daya tarik wisata didorong oleh pemerintah untuk membentuk ekosistem ekonomi kreatif sesuai potensi lokal. Namun pemerintah desa dan pelaku UMKM belum memahami sehingga perlu pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membentuk ekosistem ekonomi kreatif di Desa Bojong dalam rangka merintis Desa Kreatif Inisiatif. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi, FGD, survey, pelatihan dan praktek. Mitra kegiatan adalah pemerintah desa dan 51 pelaku UMKM local. Kegiatan ini berhasil membangun ekosistem ekonomi kreatif melalui peningkatan pengetahuan ekonomi kreatif dari 20% menjadi 80%, terbentuknya kelembagaan desa kreatif, pendataan identitas dan sub sektor ekonomi kreatif UMKM lokal, pelatihan aspek legal dan upaya promosi dan penjualan. Tujuh upaya promosi dan penjualan telah dilakukan yaitu penjualan paket wisata ekraf, bazar, gerai UMKM, familiarization trip, penjualan produk ke hotel serta inovasi produk. Dari kegiatan ini masyarakat memperoleh softskill yaitu pengetahuan ekonomi kreatif, ketrampilan pelayanan, kolaborasi, kemampuan promosi dan penjualan, juga memperoleh hardskill dalam bentuk kemampuan inovasi produk dan literasi digital.Abstract: Villages that have developed tourist attractions are encouraged by the government to form a creative economy ecosystem. This community service aims to form a creative economy ecosystem in Bojong Village as a Creative Village. The service methods carried out include socialization, FGD, surveys, training and practice. This community service is in partnership with the village government and 51 local SME. This program successfully developed a creative economy ecosystem through increasing creative economy knowledge from 20% to 80%, forming creative community as the institution for creative village, collecting data on community subsector products, training on legal aspects and increasing promotion and sales. Seven promotional and sales efforts have been carried out, namely selling tour packages, bazaars, MSME outlets, familiarization trips, selling product to hotels and product innovation. From these activities the community gained a number of soft-skills such as knowledge skill, service skill, collaboration skill, promoting and selling skill, also gained hard-skill in product innovation and digital literacy.
