<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui atribut-atribut yang harus diprioritaskan oleh perusahaan untuk memenuhi harapan dari konsumen dan Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk susu pasteurisasi Koperasi Susu SAE Pujon berdasarkan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah importance performance analysis (IPA) dan customer satisfaction index (CSI). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data dengan metode importance performance analysis didapatkan hasil yaitu diagram katesius. Hasil dari pengolahan data menggunakan metode customer satisfaction index didapatkan hasil sebesar 78,81%. Hasil 78,81% berada pada rentang 0,66-0,81, dari masuknya nilai yang pada rentang tersebut maka dapat dikatakan bahwa secara keseluruhan konsumen telah merasa “Puas” terhadap produk susu pasteurisasi Koperasi susu SAE Pujon.Kata kunci: CSI, IPA, kepuasan, pasteurisasiAbstract The purpose of this research was to determine the attributes that should be prioritized by the company to meet the consumer expectations and determine the level of customer satisfaction with the pasteurized milk products quality of Dairy Cooperative SAE Pujon based on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).The method in this research is importance performance analysis (IPA) and customer satisfaction index (CSI). In this research applies questionnaires completed by 100 respondents. The results of importance performance analysis showed a Cartesius’s diagram. The results of customer satisfaction index is 78.81% that in the range from 0.66 to 0.81.
