This study aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the relationship between learning based on local wisdom and culture of the school with learning outcomes 4th and 5th graders at Perumnas Condongcatur elementary school in academic year 2013/2014. The population of this study was 4th and 5th graders at Perumnas Condongcatur elementary school with a population of 121. The sample in this study amounted to 93 students. Sample of each class using population sampling techniques. Data collection technique using a questionnaire which further tested for validity and reliability. Test analysis showed that 1) there is a positive relationship between learning based on local wisdom and culture of the school with student learning outcomes; 2) partial there is a positive relationship between learning based on local wisdom and culture of the school with student learning outcomes. Partially, the relationship was Proportional between the cultures of the school with learning outcomes. Â
