<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of flexibility and explosive power leg muscles with the results of long jump squat style. The method used in the implementation of this study was descriptive correlational. Data were collected by using test and measurement and data analysis technique using product moment correlation. The results showed a correlation of 0.44 flexibility then leg muscle explosive power correlation of 0.70. While the flexibility and explosive power leg muscles have a correlation of 0.43. From the results of this study concluded that the variables that have the greatest relationship with the results of long jump is the squat style leg muscle explosive power that is 0.70.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kelentukan dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran serta teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan korelasi kelentukan sebesar 0,44 kemudian korelasi daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 0.70. Sedangkan kelentukan dan daya ledak otot tungkai memiliki korelasi 0,43. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan terbesar dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok adalah daya ledak otot tungkai yaitu 0,70.Kata kunci : kelentukan, lompat jauh, power.]]>
