This study aims to determine the perceptions of members of the Regional Representatives Council (parliament) Bekasi against public policy transparency in monitoring revenue budget expenditures (budget). The study population is a member of Bekasi City Council while the sample used is the Education Commission of the Commission on D.Questionnaires were used as the data was likert scale and secondary data from documents and archives commission D parliament especially related to the budget. This study used descriptive statistical analysis and methods of SPSS Version 19 and AMOS 6.0 because to describe the real situation. This study concluded that the perception of members of parliament to the public policy of transparency in budget expenditures (budget) is good, but a lot of weaknesses.
