PENGARUH MEDIA PROMOSI KESEHATAN DENGAN PERILAKU JAJANAN MAKANAN SISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media promosi kesehatan dengan perilaku jajanan makanan siswa di Sekolah Dasar X. Metode penelitian kuantitatif Analitik. pre dan post, dengan sampel 47 siswa kelas V. Uji  Paired / Related  (pre dan post test) dan wilcoxon Rank Test yang dilakukan terhadap tiga (3) Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan dengan Metode Penyuluhan, Ceramah, Poster pre dan post  terhadap Perilaku Jajanan Makanan. Pengaruh untuk Metode Penyuluhan pengetahuan memperlihatkan nilai Z= - 2.400, nilai P=.0.016 dimana Ho di tolak, artinya ada perubahan pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan.  Sikap memiliki nilai Z= - 1.964 dan nilai P= 0.050 dimana Ho di tolak ada perubahan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan dan untuk Tindakan memilik nilai Z= -1.155 dan nilai P= 0.248 Ho diterima tidak ada perubahan Tindakan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhuan. Metode Ceramah untuk pengetahuan memperlihatkan nilai Z= - 1.177, nilai P=.0.239 dimana Ho di terima, tidak ada perubahan pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan ceramah.  Sikap memiliki nilai Z= - 0.728 dan nilai P= 0.467 dimana Ho di terima yang artinya tidak ada perubahan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan ceramah dan untuk Tindakan memilik nilai Z= -1.890 dan nilai P= 0.05 Ho ditolak  artinya  ada perubahan Tindakan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan ceramah tentang jajanan makanan. Metode Poster untuk pengetahuan memperlihatkan nilai Z= - 1.460, nilai P=.0.144 dimana Ho di terima, artinya tidak ada perubahan pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pemberian poster.  Sikap memiliki nilai Z= - 0.688 dan nilai P= 0.491 dimana Ho di terima yang artinya tidak ada perubahan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pemberian poster dan untuk Tindakan memilik nilai Z= -2.111 dan nilai P= 0.035 Ho ditolak  artinya  ada perubahan Tindakan responden sebelum dan sesudah pemberian poster tentang jajanan makanan. Simpulan ada Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh pre dan post metode komunikasi yang diberikan.  This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion media with the behavior of food snacks students in Primary School X city of Batam in 2017. This study uses quantitative analytical research methods. pre and post sampling technique as many as 47 students of class V. Samples amounted to 46 students. Result of Paired / Related test (pre and post test) and wilcoxon Rank Test conducted on three (3) variables, Knowledge, Attitude, Action with Extension Method, Lecture, Pre and Post Poster on Food Snack. The effect of this research is to know the value of Z = - 2,400, P = .0.016 where Ho is rejected, it means that there is a change of respondent knowledge before and after counseling Attitudes have a value of Z = - 1.964 and the value of P = 0.050 where Ho is rejected which means there is a change in attitude of respondents before and after the counseling and for the action has the value Z = -1.155 and the value P = 0.248 Ho accepted means no change Action respondents before and after the extension. Method Lecture for knowledge shows the value of Z = - 1.177, P value = .0.239 where Ho is received, meaning there is no change of knowledge of respondents before and after the lecture. Attitudes have a value of Z = - 0.728 and the value P = 0.467 where Ho is received which means there is no change in attitude of respondents before and after lectures and for Actions having value Z = -1.890 and value P = 0.05 Ho rejected means there is change Action respondents before and after a lecture about food snacks.
