<![CDATA[Abstrak — Pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional berupaya mengalokasikan dana untuk memberikan bantuan biaya pendidikan kepada mahasiswa yang mcmpunyai prestasi tinggi maupun dari keluarga yang tidak mampu. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian rekomendasi penerima beasiswa prestasi Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) dengan studi kasus di Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Alasan diperlukannya penelitian ini adalah 1) kuota yang didapat oleh program studi sudah ditentukan oleh fakultas, 2) program studi mempunyai kewenangan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penerima beasiswa sesuai kuota, 3) pengambilan keputusan penerima beasiswa belum dilakukan secara komputerisasi sehingga masih ada unsur subjektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan model waterfall yang terdiri dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi dan pengujian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam menentukan rekomendasi calon penerima beasiswa adalah metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Beberapa kriteria yang digunakan meliputi IPK, Penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, jenis pekerjaan bapak dan jenis pekerjaan ibu. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh bobot prioritas kriteria IPK adalah 0,44888l2l7, bobot prioritas kriteria Jumlah Penghasilan Orang Tua adalah 0,242826626, bobot prioritas kriteria Jumlah Tanggungan Orang Tua adalah 0,163986047, bobot prioritas kriteria Jenis Pekerjaan Bapak adalah 0,072153055, dan bobot prioritas kriteria Jenis Pekerjaan lbu adalah 0,072153055. Hasil perangkingan yang diperoleh berbeda dengan hasil pengumuman oleh program studi. Perbedaan tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu perbedaan nilai bobot antar penilai dan tidak adanya faktor subjektifitas dalam pemilihan yang terkomputerisasi.Kata Kunci: AHP, TOPSIS, Beasiswa, PPA, multikriteriaAbstract — The government through the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education allocate funds to provide tuition assistance to students who have high achievement and poor families. Therefore, this study offers a recommendation system of award recipient scholarship, Academic Achievement Improvement (PPA) with case study in Education Study Program of University of Trunojoyo Madura. The reasons for this study are 1) the quota obtained by the study program has been determined by the faculty, 2) the study program has the authority to provide the recipients recommendation according to the quota, 3) the decision of the scholarship recipients has not been computerized so there is still a subjective element. The research was conducted with waterfall model consisting of requirement, design, implementation and testing phase. The research method used is the AHP and TOPSIS method. Some of the criteria used are GPA, Earnings of parents, number of family dependents, type of work father and type of work mother. Based on the calculation, we get the priority weight of IPK criterion is 0.44888l2l7, the priority weight of the criterion The amount of Parents Income is 0.242826626, the priority weight of the criterion Number of Parent Dependent is 0.163986047, the priority weight of the Job Type criterion Father is 0.072l53055, and the weight Ms. Job Type criterion priority is 0.072153055. The results of this study are different from the results of the announcement by the study program.
