<![CDATA[AbstrakDinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 142 orang pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa. 2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa. 3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa. 4) Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Profesionalisme, Kinerja Pegawai.
