<![CDATA[The Notary Supervisory Council as a body established by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, is not only authorized to supervise and inspect Notary. The Notary Supervisory Board acts to prevent or correct errors, irregularities, and others that are inconsistent with specified duties and authorities. Supervision is not to find fault with the person, but to find fault with the results of the implementation of his work.
