Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce the decent, valid and reliable portofolio assessment’s instrument at the fourth grade of elementary scholl. This research was used Research and Development (RD) method with Borg and Gall’s approach. In collecting the data the research was used questionnaires, test and observation. Populations of the research are   student’s elementary school at tanjung karang pusat. The sample of research is teken use teknik Cluster Sampling as 100 students. The date is analisised to measure content suitable by persentase’s exspert. Furthemore the measure of validitas use the test of product moment and test reliabilitas with formula is Kohhen Kappa. The result of research show better of  instrument assessment portofolio. It is growed as if valid and reliabel.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen penilaian portofolio di kelas IV SD yang valid dan reliabel. Metode yang digunakan adalah R D, dengan pendekatan Borg dan Gall. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket, tes, dan observasi. Populasinya adalah siswa sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah tanjung karang pusat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Cluster Sampling sebanyak 100 siswa. Data dianalisis untuk mengukur kelayakan isi melalui persentase penilaian ahli. Selanjutnya pengukuran validitas menggunakan uji product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Cohen Kappa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa instrumen penilaian portofolio yang dikembangkan bersifat valid dan reliabel.Kata kunci : pengembangan instumen, penilaian portofolio, tematik tepadu
