Pelaksanaan Layanan Dasar Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah Dasar se-Kota Semarang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK di Sekolah Dasar se-kota Semarang. Layanan dasar diambil karena proses pemberian bantuan yang menyasar semua siswa berkaitan dengan pengembangan sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan dalam bidang pribadi, sosial, belajar, dan karir sebagai pengejawantahan tugas-tugas perkembangan mereka. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh kepada Guru BK sejumlah 13 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Dasar dan validitas penelitian menggunakan validitas konstruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan dasar yang diberikan oleh Guru BK sudah terlaksana dengan baik (kategori tinggi), namun dalam beberapa kasus pelayanan yang diberikan masih belum sesuai dengan kaidah yang diharapkan sesuai dengan Panduan Operasional Penyelenggaraan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah Dasar. Untuk mengatasi hal ini kedepannya diperlukan pembinaan berkelanjutan yang ditujukan kepada Guru BK di Sekolah Dasar guna meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam menjalankan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Dasar. Kata Kunci: Layanan Dasar, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Sekolah Dasar ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the overview of the implementation of basic services guidance and counseling conducted by Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Elementary School in Semarang city. Basic services are taken because the process of providing assistance will target all students related to the development of attitudes, knowledge, and skills in personal, social, learning, and career as embodiments of their developmental tasks. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample with a total of 13 Guidance and Counseling teachers. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire guidance and counseling services in elementary schools and the validity of the study using the validity of the construct. The results showed that the basic services provided by the Guidance and Counseling Teachers were categorized as good (high category), but in some cases the services provided were not in accordance with the expected norms in accordance with the Operational Guidance for Guidance and Counseling in Elementary School. To overcome this in the future required continuous coaching which is addressed to Guidance dan Counseling Teacher in Elementary School in order to improve its competence in carrying out guidance and counseling services in Elementary School.
