Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan dan menguji keefektifan model konseling kelompok dengan teknik penguatan positif untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and Development dengan populasi siswa SMK Pelayaran Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik penguatan positif efektif untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa.The aim of present study was to produce and to test the effectiveness of  model of group counseling using positive reinforcement technique on reducing students’ academic procrastination. This study used Research and Development method with population are students of SMK Pelayaran Semarang. Sampling techiques was purposive random sampling. Result of present study showd that  group counseling using positive reinforcement technique was effective to reduce students’ academic procrastination.
