Abstract

Many Community needs have to be supported by the novelty of the technology. It makes more and more developers innovate in making an application. One form of technological novelty is digital payment applications. Currently, there are many digital payment applications in Indonesia, one of them is Flip. id application. To compete with other digital payment applications, Flip needs to be constantly developed. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to find out how much the level of user acceptance of the application and what factors can affect the user's intention to continue using the Flip application in the long term. This user intention analysis will be carried out using the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior method, which will then be tested using the SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, it is known that the attitude variable and perceived behavioral control influence the intention to use or the user's intention to continue using the Flip application in the long term. The attitude variable itself is supported by other variables such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and playfulness, while the perceived behavioral control variable is supported by the resource facilitating condition, self-efficacy, and technology facilitating condition variables. Other variables that do not affect the intention to use variables include compatibility, subject norm, superior's influence, and peer influence variables.

Abstract

Selda Design has a business selling custom merchandise or creative gifts that use social media and Whatsapp to serve customers. During its implementation, it was tiring because you have to repeatedly send detailed product information to each customer. The owner wants to develop his digital-based business. Therefore it is necessary to research to find out how the response of the admin team who handles orders from customers, and customers as product orders to the solutions provided. The design thinking method is used to provide solutions that can overcome the problems at hand. Design thinking has two processes, namely, problem space and solution space. This research focuses on problem space design thinking which includes the stages of empathy, defines, and ideate. From these stages, a solution is generated in the form of a wireframe. To determine whether the given wireframe can solve the problem, the wireframe is made in two variations. These were tested directly to the user with the A/B Testing method. The results of the wireframe test for the owner and admin team are 100% choosing version A, because of efficiency, data management, and menu selection. Wireframe intended for customers has obtained results, 77.78% chose version A, and 22.22% chose version B. Version A was chosen because of its efficiency, ease of use, and ease of access to the menu provided. Based on these results, it was determined that the wireframe version A for each user would be used as the next stage of product development. From these results, problem space design thinking can answer the problems faced by providing solutions for users.

Abstract

The massive advancement of technology is supported by the convenience and ease of transacting carried by fintech applicators, especially for the online loan (pinjol) experience is getting easier. However, the ease of it raises issues of unrest in the community, many complaints that arise such as unnatural bills, how debt collectors charge at the time of maturity, and the issue of sharing the borrower's personal data to the public. Another concern of the existence of online loans is the clarity of their legality, there are still many online loan applicators that are not registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). It leads to a negative attitude. The purpose of this study is to find out public sentiment towards the existence of online loans through social media Twitter. The study also wanted to find out if there were significant sentiment differences when bot accounts were in the dataset. Researchers obtained 941 lines of twitter data by not separating bot accounts. If the bot account is separated, the data becomes 432 data. After a deeper analysis, it was found that the tendency of sentiment towards online loans in the community was negative with a value of 45.6%. After separating the bot account from the dataset, the negative sentiment still dominated from the existing sentiment to 54.2%. So that it can be drawn another conclusion that the existence and absence of bot accounts in the dataset only gives a small influence on other sentiments, bot accounts do not change the initial conclusion that said public sentiment towards the existence of online loans tends to lead to negative attitudes.

Abstract

Dijkstra's algorithm is commonly used to determine the shortest route connecting a point as a starting node to another which acts as the end node. In this study, the UNP student dormitory acted as the starting node, while the library which is frequently visited by students was sampled from the campus as the end node. Due to the fact that students generally live around campus and move on foot, an alternative route is needed to determine the fastest travel time. Therefore, this study aims to determine the route with the fastest travel time from the start to the end of nodes using the Dijkstra algorithm, in comparison with the route displayed by Google Map. Data were obtained from Google Map, which showed the availability of many routes with the possibility of students taking the fastest travel time. The result showed that the fastest route using the Dijkstra algorithm and Google Map were 14 and 3 alternatives at 15 and 21 minutes intervals. Based on these data, it is concluded that the travel time through the fastest route obtained using the Dijkstra algorithm was 6 minutes faster than data found in the Google Map.

Abstract

The transaction database contains a very large and irregular dataset that requires another mechanism to read it, even though there is a lot of new knowledge that can be revealed, including associations or relationships between goods or products that are often purchased by customers. The new finding of the relationship between these variables is usually called association rule mining. The algorithm that is developing and often used is frequent pattern-growth (FP-Growth). The problem of very many transaction databases also occurred in Mr. A. So, in this research, we will look for customer patterns using the FP-Growth algorithm. The algorithm aims to find the maximum frequent itemset. The frequent itemset will be generated into associative rules so that it becomes valuable new knowledge. This knowledge can be used as a reference and consideration in making decisions. The FP-Growth algorithm will be implemented using the rapidminer tools on the transaction data of Mr.A's goods sales. The pattern of rules that will be searched for is based on data on sales of goods transactions. The results of the study obtained six association rules with five conclusions being the gift category. So that the suggestion for decision making is to lay out items close to and around the gift category in order to improve marketing and service strategies in order to attract the attention and interest of pointers in making purchases of goods.

Abstract

Admission of new students is an activity that’s always carried out by every university in the new academic year. The decline in the number of registrants every year is an obstacle for AMIK HASS in new student admissions, efforts are needed to process the existing data on new student admissions. Data mining applications use classification algorithms that aim to make predictions. The algorithms used are Nave Bayes (NB), Decision Tree J48 (J48), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), Random Forest (RF), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Algorithm testing to analyze the performance of each algorithm uses WEKA. The data set used in this study is the search for potential and interest of prospective new students as many as 5,934 records. The tests carried out on the five algorithms use the test percentage split mode, which is 70% for training data and 30% for test data. The highest accuracy rate on J48 is 90.34% followed by RF at 89.04%, SVM at 88.43%, K-NN at 87.53%, NB at 87.25%. J48 is the best algorithm for testing data sets with the lowest prediction error rate of 0.26. The J48 classification algorithm has explicit rules for the classification and handling of heterogeneous data by having 255 rules.
