Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of job satisfaction and commitment to OCB on the employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Data were obtained from questionnaires. Population at this penalitian is Employee at CV. Paradila as many as 150 Employees and CV. Stars while samples taken 25% obtained as many as 50 people or respondents. F test results obtained F arithmetic > F table (86.085 > 3.20). This proves that job satisfaction variable and commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) simultaneously influence while t test results obtained X 1 (job satisfaction) t count> t table (3.321> 1.667) while X2 (commitment) is at t count> t table (4.707> 1.667) so it is concluded that the influence of organizational commitment is more dominant than job satisfaction Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on SME employees.

Abstract

Empirically, Fiqh and Tasawuf are different. Fiqh has the character as symbolic, legalistic, exoteric, and formalistic. It tends to see a certain action from point of view of condition and administrative, legal and illegal. In fact, such an understanding is not acceptable as a result of the limitation in understanding Fiqh. Fiqh is a basic understanding toward messages of Syaria’at or God’s Khittab which deals with the heresy’s activities from the detailed argumentations. On the other hand, there is an assumption that tasawuf is identical with the resignation of static life. Tasawuf has the character of being exoteric emphasizing on spiritualistic. The sufi community do other Islamic rituals and they try to interpret their meanings by themselves. For the sufi community, those rituals are done to resign themselves to Allah. That is why an activity of doing ablution is intended not only to clean up physical organs but also internal aspects. What the sufi community do is principally out of their ego area to close themselves to the God.

Abstract

The aim of this action research was improve students’ English learning result especially in communication competency. The learning process was implemented with two cycles (modes), spoken and written English. Each cycle covered four steps, namely “Building Knowledge of the field, “Modelling Text”, “Joint Construction of the Text” and “Independent/Individual Construction of the Text. The implementation of these steps was devided into 3 cycles in action research, cycle I, II and III. Each cycle covered : Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. This research is for students of SMP Muhammadiyah 27 Paciran grade VIII. Motivation and scientific attitude was measured with questionaires. Activities and skill process to communicate in spoken and written were measured with rubric assesment. Cognitive domain was measured with pre-test and post-test. As the result of the research in cycle III the students average score on the Individual Text was 70 which meant ≥ the school passing grade 64. It meant that it fulfilled the achievment indicator.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase students' activity in learning process and science learning result of Biology of VIIIA grade of junior high school student of Al-Amin Paciran. This classroom action research is conducted in class VIIIA SMP Al-Amin Paciran through 2 learning cycles and each cycle includes 4 stages, namely planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage and reflection stage. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the result of student activity observation discussed in cycle 1: 60%, while in the second cycle rose to 75.17%. For the activity of students in role play in cycle 1: 65.50%, while in the second cycle rose to 74% ,. For student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 64.40%), while in the second cycle rose to 95.50%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of a combination of discussion methods and role playing methods in the learning process can improve the activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning using quiz intelligent quiz methods and the improvement of social science learning achievement of the sixth grade students of SD Negeri Wudi, Sambeng Sub-district, Lamongan Regency in the academic year 2016/2017. The subject of this research is the entire class VI SD Negeri Wudi which amounts to 9 people. This study belongs to a classroom action research consisting of several cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Instruments used in the form of Learning Plans (RP), Student Activity Sheets (LKS), and grade assessment. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle there are 4 students who experience complete learning of individuals from 9 the number of students (44.44%), in this cycle has not occurred classical mastery. In the second cycle there are 8 students who experience complete learning of individuals from 9 the number of students (88.89%), in this cycle has occurred classical mastery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode permainan benda-benda konkrit dalam pembelajaran geometri serta peningkatan pemahaman berbagai bangun ruang sederhana pada siswa kelas I SD Negeri Mangkujajar, Kecamatan Kembangbahu, Kabupaten Lamongan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas siswa kelas I SD Negeri Mangkujajar yang berjumlah 10 orang. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa siklus dengan setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Rencana Pembelajaran (RP), Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS), dan penilaian kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I terdapat 6 siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar perorangan dari 10 jumlah siswa (60%) ini menunjukkan pada siklus ini belum mengalami ketuntasan klasikal. Pada siklus II terdapat 9 siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar perorangan dari 10 jumlah siswa (90%) ini menunjukkan pada siklus ini sudah mengalami ketuntasan klasikal. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode permainan benda-benda konkrit terhadap peningkatan pemahaman berbagai bangun ruang sederhana pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the cooperative learning model of assignment technique can improve the ability to read and understand the content of Surat Al-Hujurat Verse 13 in establishing Islamic Religion Islamic Religion subject for grade 6 students of SD Negeri Kembangbahu I, Kembangbahu Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. The subjects of this study are all the fourth grade of SD Negeri Kembangbahu I, with the number of students 10 students. This study belongs to a classroom action research consisting of several cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Instruments used in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires, and test sheets. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. In cycle I the average value of 54% and increased in cycle II to 69% and finally in cycle III to 86%. So there is an increase in the average value of 32%. It can be concluded that there is influence of the use of cooperative learning model of assignment technique to increase student's learning motivation and learning result so that indirectly the learning quality of Islamic Religious Education can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning with random image media (picture and picture) and improving learning achievement of Indonesian subjects aspects of writing class III SD Katemas II Elementary School, Kembangbahu Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency in the academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of this study were all third grade students of SD Negeri Katemas II, which amounted to 6 people. This study belongs to a classroom action research consisting of several cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Instruments used in the form of Learning Plans (RP), Student Activity Sheets (LKS), and grade assessment. The result of the research showed that the improvement of student learning outcomes from cycle I was 59.17 to 84.17 in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that there is the influence of the use of random image media (Picture and Picture) to improve students' ability to write simple essay based on drawing series.

Abstract

The objectives of national education in Indonesia as stipulated in the law of the Republic of Indonesia are transformed from the old order, the new order, the reformation order until the issuance of the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003. The transformation of national education objectives is caused by several things; socio-political situation, class interests, parliamentary power and so on. On the other hand had Islamic education designs and concepts of its own in formulating educational objectives that are derived from the Qur'an. The second formulation of the educational objectives of this same same has significance in the learning activities in the institution. It is therefore important to know how the purpose of national education Indonesia prespective Islamic education.

Abstract

Restaurant taxes contribute significantly to local financial revenues. In an effort to increase revenue from the restaurant tax sector, Lamongan District Government implemented the "Eat and Win A Car". The car is claimed as a token of appreciation to the people who eat at restaurants in Lamongan who indirectly contribute to the addition of local income (PAD) Lamongan from restaurant tax. This is because the 10 percent of restaurant tax is charged to the buyer as a taxpayer. The effort of the Bapenda lamongan is claimed to be an effective effort to increase the income from restaurant taxes. The regulation on restaurant tax itself has been regulated in Lamongan Regional Regulation No. 12 Year 2010. This article intends to examine the efforts undertaken by Bapenda Lamongan to increase local revenue through restaurant tax in terms of existing regulations.
