The high and varied disasters occur in Indonesia, requiring the government and the whole community to be ready for disaster. In the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), there is a group of students who do extracurricular activities to provide health aid called PNC. Training needs to be done to enhance the role of PNC as well as increasing the participation of students in the disaster relief program. This training resulted in increased knowledge and attitudes of PNC members on disaster management, and also increased the knowledge and attitude related to the role and function of students in disaster management effort. In addition, other additional results related to the effectiveness of training methods for PNC members successfully obtained. The methods compared were lecture and discussion (LD) compared with LD plus simulation and FGD methods. It is measured by using the quasi experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis used Mann Whitney test. The result showed that there was no difference in knowledge and attitude (p = 1,000) in both treatment groups (p = 0,424). Which means that there was no difference between LD method and LD plus simulation and FGD method.Keywords: Training, Disaster Management, Padjadjaran Nursing Corps (PNC)

Â SMA Negeri 1 Batang Â Jeneponto, as an IbM activity partner, have problems related to negative behavior. The observations and interviews conducted with a number of students at SMA Negeri 1 Batang, have shown that many students frequently violated the school rules. In the process of building good relationships with others, there is a section which plays an important role, namely self-control. The solutions offered in the process of this service activities (IbM) performed in several methods such as Focus Group Discussion (FGD), varied lectures, role play and games. This method aims to improve positive thinking in building social relationships in students. As a result of these service activities, students can understand the potential of social intelligence, so that it can be applied in interacting with peersÂ Kata kunci: Self-control, Focus Group Discussion, Lectures, Role play, Games

Good master of ceremony understand some aspects (1) attitude and master of ceremonyâs behavior, (2) the use of good language aspects, and (3) vocal technique. Then having ability to apply these aspects. Therefore, thraining for master of ceremony is required to be conducted in Junior High School 1 Kalirejo, Kalirejo Subdistrict,Central Lampung. One of the mathematics material that elementary school teaches is multiplication. One of the problems in the Kunci village is that there are still many elementary school students who do not understand or canât memorize multiplication, while in school it is not possible to always multiply because of time and curriculum issues, so additional learning guidance using card game is needed. The result of community service activities is the ability of children in multiplication to increase. As many as 35 of the 40 children or 81,4% children get a score above the average in multiplication tests.Keywords: Card game, multiplication

Aggressive behavior becomes a classic problem that still occurs today. One technique of changing behavior, especially aggression in students is to apply anger management training. Activities that train students to manage anger is composed of eight meetings by using counseling, training, and FGD. Anger management can train students in regulating emotions so that students are able to learn to minimize aggressive behavior. This activity can provide advice for counselors, counselors should train students in carrying out the anger management to enable them to regulate their emotions and the emotions of students not terluap in the form of aggressive behavior when they deal with certain situations.

Peer counseling training activities as a way to address the lack of human resources. Peer counseling is a way for students (teens) to learn how to pay attention and to help other children, and to apply them in everyday life. The aim is to produce a peer counselor to help treat psychological problems of orphans by utilizing peer counselor. This activity was conducted in 10 times the activity began identifying candidates for peer counselors service up on basic skills training for the implementation of counseling their peers. The activities take place from December 12, 2016 - February 22, 2017 held every Wednesdays from 15.00 pm. The result obtained 15 peer counselors to service to peers.

We often found emergency condition on children in elementary school which can lead death. Teachers should have good knowledge and favorable attitude toward first aid so they can give right intervention on emergency condition. The objective of this activity was to improve attitude and knowledge of elementary school teachers toward it. This activity be held on training program includes lecture, discussion, and practice. Result showed there was any improvement of elementary school teachersâ attitude and knowledge score. Reevaluation and retraining should be held to improve significant score of teachersâ attitude and knowledge so do their skill toward first aid on children emergency condition in elementary school.Keywords: first aid, emergency condition, elementary school teachers, children

Guidance and counseling teachers need training on the preparation of action research guidance and counseling. Is the guidance and counseling teacher is able to frame the action research guidance and counseling? Methods include seminars and training developed the framework for action research guidance and counseling. The result of the process of obtaining training 32 participants who understands and is able to frame the action research guidance and counseling, while six participants have not been able to frame the action research guidance and counseling correctly.Keywords : Action Research; Competence; Guidance and Counseling

AbstractThe problem that develops today is rubbish management and is a serious indicator for potential environmental pollution, especially waste of household waste. The PAR approach leads people to take transformative actions that change the social conditions of better society. This dedication program can fulfill the external target of integrated plastic waste processing system, by increasing community participation through assistance, as well as intensive giving or sosialisation, the creation of plastic waste processing technology in the form of distillation, variety of the product are accessories and other handicraft products, ergonomic system, managerial system by utilizing garbage bank as waste processing place.Â Â Keywords: Participatory Action Research, waste plastic management, community partisipation

Dedication to society in Banyu Urip village was conducted for the village staff. It is required due to the fact that many mistakes in writing official letter. This service was conducted for giving good alteration and giving knowledge of official letter. The mistake happened because of lack knowledge about the role of writing good formal letter and the unappropriate of eduaction qualification. The service result shows that staffâ knowledge aboutÂ writing formal letter improve. The letters sent are already appropriate with the role system of formal letter.Â Keywords: Training, Writing, Formal Letter
