Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 37 orang pegawai. Mengingat jumlah populasi relative kecil, sehingga sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Motivasi, disiplin, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Kompetensi, Prestasi Kerja Abstract This research aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of motivation on work prestation of employees of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. 2) Analyze the effect on work prestation of employees disciplined General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. 3) Analyze the effect of competence on work prestation of employees of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. 4) Analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and competence on work prestation of employees of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to: determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction of the people in the village office Ompo District of Lalabata Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted at the office of the District Urban Village Ompo Village of Lalabata District Soppeng Regency is located at Jalan Lawo No. 01 Soppeng. While the time will be used in this study for 2 months starting in November and December 2016. This research population is the number of residents registered as a community to get service at the Village Office Ompo 2015 which amounted to 290 people The results of this study explains that there is a positive influence between the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and assurance of the satisfaction of the people, whereas empathy variable has no significant effect on satisfaction Ompo Village community. Test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination adjusted R-square is 0.793. This shows of community satisfaction is influenced by a combination of the five independent variables, physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy). The result of the calculation of the t-test is known that from the variable Responsiveness (X3) obtained by value Ompo Village community. arithmetic amounted can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between responsiveness to community satisfaction village Ompo, it is also clear that of the five independent variables, responsiveness (X3) is a variable that provides a dominant influence on satisfaction Keywords: physical evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and community satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Peran kegiatan pramuka untuk pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong (2) Peran kegiatan Palang Merah Remaja untuk pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong (3) Peran kegiatan Seni. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong yang di laksanakan pada tanggal 20 januari 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan prosedur analisis yang tidak menggunakan prosedur analisis statistic atau cara kuantifikasi lainnya. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melalui proses kegiatan observasi dan wawancra. hasil penelitian ini Peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Negri 1 Sinjai borong yang utama adalah dijadikan sebagai salah satu wadah yang menarik bagi siswa untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang yang sebaik-baiknya. Ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negri 1 Sinjai Borong juga di jadikan sebagai upaya menumbuhkan disiplin siswa disamping banyaknya permasalahan yang terjadi disekolah baik dari pelanggaran disiplin dan kenakalan remaja. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu solusi dari sekolah yaitu dengan pengembangan dan pembinaan peserta didik melalui berbagai kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Ekstrakurikuler berperang penting dalam menumbuhkan disiplin siswa dikarenakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dianggap kegiatan yang menarik bagi siswa sehingga melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler siswa dapat dilatih dengan mudah dan dibiasakan untuk disiplin dengan mematuhi tata tertib yang telah di tetapkan. Sedangkan perang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PMR (Palang Merah Remaja), pramuka, dan seni budaya di SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong yang anggotanya di jadikan sebagai informan adapun kesimpulan secara keseluruhan bahwa peran kegiatan ekstarakulikuler tersebut dijadikan sebagai solusi utama siswa untuk meluangkan waktunya dengan kegiatan positif dan menumbuhkan kedisiplinannya. Dari ketiga ekstrakurikuler tersebut berperan dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan, dan menjadi teladan atau contoh pada siswa lain. Kata Kunci : Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Dan Karakter Siswa ABSTRACK This study aims to determine (1) The role of scout activities for the character formation of discipline students of SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong (2) The role of Youth Red Cross activities for the formation of student discipline character SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong (3). This research was conducted in SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong which was carried out on 20 januari 2016. The method used in this research is qualitative method that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis procedure or other quantification way. The data in this research is obtained through the process of observation and interview.The results of this study The role of extracurricular activities in growing student discipline in SMA Negri 1 Sinjai borong the main is used as one container that appeals to students to utilize the best time to spare. Extracurricular in SMA Negri 1 Sinjai Borong is also made as an effort to foster student discipline in addition to the many problems that occur in schools both from violations of discipline and juvenile delinquency. Therefore, one of the solutions of the school is the development and coaching of learners through various extracurricular activities. Extracurricular warfare is important in growing student discipline because extracurricular activities are considered activities that appeal to students so that through extracurricular activities students can be trained easily and accustomed to discipline by complying with the rules that have been set. While the war of extracurricular activities PMR (Youth Red Cross), scout, and art culture in SMA Negri 1 sinjai borong whose members are made as an informant as for the overall conclusion that the role ekstarakulikuler activities serve as the main solution of students to spend time with positive activities and grow Discipline. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah:(1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis, dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial membuktikan bahwa (1).Variabel pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap di RS Labuang Baji Makassar nilai signifikansi = 0,003 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima yang menyatakan ada pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar,(2). Berdasarkan uji parsial bahwa Sikap memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar.dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis alternative diterima yang menyatakan ada pengaruh sikap terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar, (3). Berdasarkan uji parsial bahwa keterampilan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassardengan nilai signifikansi = 0,002 yang berarti hipotesis alternative diterima yang menyatakan ada pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap Di RS Labuang Baji Makassar. Berdasarkan uji simultan bahwa sikap memiliki pengaruh yang paling tinggi dengan signifikansi 0,000. Kata Kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan ABSTRACT The purpose of the research are : (1). To know the effect of knowledge to medical patient satisfaction in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar, (2) To know the effect attitudeto medical patient Satisfaction in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar,(3) To know the effect Skill to medical patient Satisfaction In Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. The method usedin this research is survey method with quantitative approach, with emphasis on hypothesis testing. with a sample of 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. Analysis of the data used descriptive quantitative analysis method using SPSS Regression. The result of the research based on partial testing showwed that.(1) Knowledge variabel effect the patient satisfaction in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar with significantly score at 0,003 means that alternative hypotheses accepted clarified knowledge effect satisfaction patient in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar.(2) Based on partial testing showed that attitude effect the patient satisfation in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar with significantly score at 0,000 means that altervnative hypotheses accepted clarified attitude effect the patient satisfaction in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar.(3) Based on partial testing showed that skill effect the patient satisfaction in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar with significantly score at 0,002 means that alternative hypotheses clarified skill effect the patient satisfaction in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar.Based on the this Simultaneous testing,Attitude has the highest with significantly score at 0.000. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan   dari   penelitian   ini   adalah   untuk  mengetahui   sejauh mana pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi internal terhadap kinerja guru honorer  pada  Sekolah  Menengah  Atas  (SMA)  di  kecamatan  Madapangga, Bima. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sejumlah sekolah di kecamatan Madapangga-Bima yang terdiri dari 2 SMA  Negeri dan 2 SMA Swasta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang guru honorer. Teknik pengambilan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini   menggunakan  metode  sampel acak sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan observasi, angket/kuisioner dan wawancara dengan maksud mendapatkan data yang dapat dianalisis dengan akurat dan hasil kesimpulannya dapat digeneralisasikan.Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru honorer. Variabel kompensasi, terdapat  pengaruh  positif terhadap kinerja  guru  honorer,  akan tetapi  tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kompensasi bukanlah faktor utama yang menjadi pemicu peningkatan kinerja guru honorer SMA di Kecamatan Madapangga. Indikator paling tinggi adalah kekuatan motivasi untuk bekerja sesuai dengan  keinginan  sendiri.  Sehingga  bisa  dikatakan  bahwa  guru  honorer  tersebut  memiliki metode sendiri  dalam  mengaplikasikan  ilmunya,  bekerja  dengan  sepenuh  hati,  mengganggap siswa sebagai bagian dari dirinya, bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sekitar meskipun kompensasi yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan jerih-payahnya.Kata kunci: Budaya sekolah, kompensasi, motivasi internal, kinerja, guru honorer ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence compensation and internal motivation on the performance of temporary teachers at the senior high school in the district Madapangga, Bima. This research was conducted in several schools in the district Madapangga-Bima consisting of two Senior High School State and two Senior High School Private with a total sample of 65 teachers temporarium. The sampling technique in this study using simple random sampling method. For testing the hypothesis using quantitative approach with observation, questionnaire and interview with the intention to get data that can be analyzed accurately and the results of the conclusions can be generalized.The results of this study found that there is a positive and significant influence between the variable of school culture on the performance of temporary teacher. Compensation variable, positive influence on the performance of temporary teacher, but no significant effect. Compensation is not a major factor that triggers increased performance of temporary teachers in the district Madapangga. Highest indicator is the power of motivation to work according to their own desires. That is to say that the temporary teacher has its own method to apply their knowledge, work wholeheartedly, students as a part of himself, responsible for the environment even though the compensation obtained is not in accordance with his efforts.Keywords: School culture, compensation, internal motivation, performance, temporary teacher

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) analyze the effect of education and training to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) analyze the effect of education and training, compensation, and work environment to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The research location is at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regenc, South Sulawesi Province. Population in this study were all employees of the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency which amounted to 152 employees. Sampling in this research is using the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples examined in this study are 61 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) education and training has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) working environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) education and training, compensation and working environment simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, .Keywords: Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performance

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 142 orang pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dinas pemuda dan olahraga kabupaten sinjai, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sinjai selama 4 bulan, mulai Desember 2016 sampai Maret 2017. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder yang bersumber dari informasi di intansi tempat penelitian, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan obyek penelitian dan data primer diperoleh secara langsung dari responden atau yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sinjai; 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sinjai; 3) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sinjai; dan 4) Motivasi, kompensasi, dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sinjai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kompensasi, Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation and organizational climate on job satisfaction of youth and sports of Sinjai regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study was conducted Youth and Sports of Sinjai Regency for 4th months, from December 2016 until March 2017. The data sources in this study is a secondary data sourced from information in agencies where research, scientific journals and books related to the object of research and primary data obtained directly from the respondent or who become the sample in this study. Data analysis in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of Youth and Sports of Sinjai Regency; 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of Youth and Sports of Sinjai Regency; 3) Organizational climate has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction of Youth and Sports of Sinjai Regency; and 4) Motivation, compensation, and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of Youth and Sports of Sinjai Regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba, 2) menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba, 3) menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba, 4) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan lingkungan fisik  terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba,. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 104 orang. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba, (2) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba, (3) lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba, (4) secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Bulukumba.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Fisik, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the partial and together leadership, communication and physical environment affects the performance of employees in the Office of Financial Management Bulukumba. The method used in this study is a research method kauntitatif. The research location is in the company of Office of Financial Management Bulukumba. As for the population in this study were all employees of the Office of Financial Management Bulukumba which amounted to 104 people. The research sample was determined by using the Slovin formula thus obtained sample of 51 employees. Data collected through questionnaires and observation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) partially leadership, communication, and physical environment positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the Office of Financial Management Bulukumba, (2) together leadership, communication, and physical environment positively and significantly the performance of employees in the Office of Financial Management Bulukumba, (3) physical environment (X3) is the most influential variable (dominant) to employee performance, as indicated by standardized coefficient beta value most.Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Physical Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: 1. To analyze the influence of Simultaneous export procedure, Letter of Credit (L/C) andTransportation training toward international trade. 2. To analyze the influence of Partial export training toward international trade access. 3. To analyze the influence of partial L/C training toward international trade access. 4. To analyze the influence of partial Transportation training toward international trade access. This research done at BP3ED Department of commerce and industry of South Sulawesi Province. This research used accidental sampling method with 71 training participant data analyze in this research used validity, reability and multiple linear regression analyze test processed by using SPSS 31. The results of this research, as follow: 1. Export procedure, L/C and transportation training gave positive and significant influence toward international trade access. 2. Export procedure training give positive and significant influence toward influence toward international trade access. 3. L/C training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. 4. Transportation training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. Key words: export, L/C, transportation, international trade.
