Abstract

The objective of this research was to defineintelectual capital develpment model inempowering teacher’s specialities group/KBK at Business Administration Departmentin relation with achievement of its competitiveadvantage. The research variables were:human capital, organizational capital, andrelational capital. The analysis intrumentswere: descriptive analysis and performanceimportanceanalysis. Abstract

The number of SME (Small Medium Enterprises) locating in Jepara with a lot of product variance make this district become more popular. SME locations’ mapping is made in purpose promoting these SMEs. There are 2 categories’ sample in this observation, they are regional sample and SMEs sample. This mapping result will be published in the webblog in order to make the existance of the Jepara’s SMEs are known by the public.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are 1) to know about student’s stress  at business administration department who do final project and scription 2) to know student’s procrastination at business administration department  3) to analize the influence of stress and procrastination over all and partial toward student’s motivation at business administration department to finish final project and scription. Subjects of this study are students who  arrange their final project at business administration study program (D3) , marketing management study program  (D3) and International Business Management study program (D4). Data were collected by observation, interview, and questionnaire. Samples of this study are 60 students were selected by quota random sampling technique. Data were analized by multiple linear regression. Result of this study variable stress and procrastination have significant influence toward student’s motivation at business administration department Politeknik Negeri Semarang to finish final project and scription. Regression equation that obtained:Y = 4,237 – 0,234 (X1) + 0,223 (X2)Partially, stress has significant influence toward motivation of regression coefficient stress variable with the result is -0,234. It mean that If stress (X1) increases while other variable are consistant, so motivation will be decrease. Procrastination has significant influence toward motivation.  The result of regression coefficient procrastination variable (X2) is 0,223. It mean that if procrastination increases while other variable are consistant, so student’s motivation to finish final project will be increase. The benefit of stress and procrastination variable toward variable Y (motivation) are r square ...0,107 or 10,7%. While 89.3%  influenced by other variable that didn’t examined in this study.  Keywords: Stres; Procrastination; MotivationABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah: mengetahui  stress mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir atau skripsi; mengetahui prokrastinasi yang dialami mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir atau skripsi; dan menganalisa pengaruh  stress dan prokrastinasi secara menyeluruh dan parsial terhadap motivasi mahasiswa menyusun tugas akhir dan skripsi. Subyek penelitian ini  mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun Tugas Akhir  program studi Administrasi Bisnis dan Manajemen Pemasaran (D3), dan program studi Manajemen Bisnis Internasional (D4) yang sedang  menyusun Skripsi.   Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Administrasi Bisnis dipilih dengan teknik quota random sampling.  Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini variabel Stress dan Prokrastinasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap Motivasi mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Semarang dalam menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir dan Skripsi. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y =  4,237 - 0,234 (X1) + 0,223 (X2)Secara parsial Stress mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap Motivasi  Koefisien regresi variabel Stress (X1) sebesar -0,234, Berarti bahwa jika Stress (X1) meningkat  1 sedangkan variabel lainnya tetap (ceteris paribus), maka motivasi menurun.       Pengaruh Prokrastinasi  signifikan terhadap Motivasi Koefisien regresi variabel Prokrastinasi (X2) sebesar 0,223. Berarti bahwa jika Prokrastinasi (X1) meningkat 1 sedangkan variabel lainnya tetap (ceteris paribus), maka motivasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir meningkat . Sumbangan variable X ( X1 stress dan X2 prokrastinasi) terhadap variable Y ( motivasi) adalah r kuadrat yang disesuaikan sebesar 0,107 atau 10,7%, sedangkan 89,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Stress; Prokrastinasi; Motivasi

Abstract

Turnover intention is affected by many factors. The objective of this research is to analyze theinfluence of workload (X1), work-family conflict (X2), and job insecurity (X3) on job satisfaction(Y) and the impact on turnover intention (Z) partially and simultaneously. The method ofcollecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentary study. The amount ofsample is 100 production department employee. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research.The result shows that workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity partially havenegatively and significantly influence on job satisfaction and also have simultaneouslysignificant influence on job satisfaction. Workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity givecontributions to job satisfaction of 41,1% while 58,9% were influence by others variables. Whilejob satisfaction partially have negatively and significantly influence on turnover intention.Workload, workfamily conflict, and job insecurity partially have positively and significantlyinfluence on turnover intention and also have simultaneously significant influence on turnoverintention. Workload, work-family conflict, job insecurity, and job satisfaction give contributionsto turnover intention of 62% while 38% were influence by others variables

Abstract

This research is conducted at PT Indmira Yogyakarta a private company engaged in agrocomplex since 1985 and established by Ir. Sumarno. To continue to maintain and improve the quality of existing products, the company consider the importance of effort to develop the performance of its employees. For the purpose of this study, aspects that can affect employee performance are analyzed those affects are work competence, motivation and organizational support. The methods of data collection used in this study are interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Questionnaires in this study use Likert measurement scale by giving a score of 1-5 on the answers, and sampling uses Probability Sampling technique for 65 samples. The method of analysis uses are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classic assumption, coefficient determination, F test and t test. Result of this research obtains value of adjusted R square equal to 0,395. This means that work competence, motivation, and organizational support influence 39,5% employee performance. The equation resulted from multiple linear regression is  Y = 6,256 + 0,389X1 + 0,059X2 + 0,324X3. The meaning of the equation are work competence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with coefficient value of 0.389. Variable of motivation (X2) have positive but not significant effect on employee performance (Y) with coefficient value equal to 0,059. Variable organizational support (X3) has positive and significant effect to employee performance (Y) with coefficient value equal to 0,324. So Of the three variables, work competence variable (X1) has the greatest effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.389. It is recommended that if the company wants to improve employee performance significantly, it can be by considering the competence of work owned by its employees. because From the results of multiple linear analysis, work competence has the greatest influence compared to motivation and organizational support.

Abstract

The current study was conducted to increase of our understanding of factors that influence distinctiveness of the curriculum as efforts to maintain and improve the quality of education in study program graduate of Business Administration. An extensive review of the existing literature was used to identify 32 factors that Affect quality of education and Alumni satisfaction. Data or a questionnaire distributed to 133 graduates study program graduate of Business Administration Department of Business Administration Polytechnic State Semarang. Of the 133 questionnaires distributed were returned as many as 124, and 9 questionnaires are not returned by the target date. The analysis of 124 questionnaires there are 13 questionnaires that occurred outlier. So the data or questionnaires that can be used for the study were as many as 111 questionnaires. Results from both the qualitative and quantitative phases of the current study demonstrated that 32 factors that Affect quality of education and Alumni satisfaction can be clustered into three basic process. First, based on the results of data analysis showed that the acquisition of specialized expertise is the key or most dominant variable, Second, results demonstrate mastery of tools and technology are the two variables that affect the realization of graduate satisfaction. Third, the results of data analysis showed that the formation of character and behavior of the third element in increasing the satisfaction of graduates through the value of the learning process The sectors in which the alumni study program graduate of Business Administration were not completely representative of reviews their year of graduation and geographical region.  The findings suggest that, in order to increase of satisfaction study program graduate of Business Administration, Then focus on mastery of special skills is the most dominant variable that can affect the value of the learning process, This is a strength study program graduate of Business Administration, then the advice and recommendation is to maintain and emphasize the element of learning output is -unsur formed on the entire course, which relate directly and indirectly to the mastery of special skills in administration. This study contributes to the body of knowledge on the value of the learning process.

Abstract

Potential foreign exchange outstanding tourism, the tourism industry Semarang demand should continue to improve to capture the potential of becoming a source of opinions. Industry conditions pariwisatan in Semarang require a marketing development model that encourages stakeholders in the field of tourism. Semarang City Tourism marketing requires an analysis of the competitiveness model approach marketing elements. Referring to the phenomenon above, this study proposes further research problems of modeling Design Marketing able to increase customer satisfaction (rating) in Semarang on an ongoing basis. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling method in this case that travelers in Semarang and surrounding areas. As for the amount of sample is 103 samples. This research technique using two approaches: 1) .Confirmatory factor analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Modeling in this study is expected to capture potential foreign exchange earnings, revenues, jobs and the development of tourism in the city of Semarang. It required an increase in the value of customers (customer value), so that the potential it can achieve its full potential. In addition, the tourism industry and stakeholders can take advantage of empirical findings of this research.

Abstract

Impulse purchase or impulse buying describesany purchase which shopper makes, throughit was not planned in advance. The goal of theresearch is to find out the factors that affectstudents impulse buying behavior inSemarang. The impact of various variableslike window display, lay out, display ofproduct, sales discount, promotion,time andmoney, peer group, behavior of sales personhas been analyzed. The sample size was 30students and collecting by using purposivesampling with one condition that student oncetime per month shopping at Mall. Thestatistical analysis method employed in thisstudy are validity, realibility, factoring.Factoring analysis used to extract factors.Based on the result of Factoring analysis , itis found that the impulse buying ofcommodities is on a great rise mainly due toin-store shopping evironment ; pricingstrategy ; time and money.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how healthy the financial performance of KSPPS BMT AL HIKMAH Ungaran 2014 - 2018 based on the Deputy Regulation of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Supervision of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 concerning Guidance on Assessment Savings and Credit Cooperative Health and Cooperative Savings and Loan Unit. This research is based on the calculation of Capital Aspects, Earning Assets Quality Aspects, Liquidity Aspects, and Independence and Growth Aspects by using financial statements in the form of balance sheet and income statement / SHU report for the period 2014 - 2018.  The results showed that the level of financial health in KSPPS BMT AL HIKMAH Ungaran from 2014 - 2018 was still in the title "In Special Supervision". Although it is still far from the title of "Healthy", KSPPS BMT AL HIKMAH Ungaran still has the potential to realize it by continually correcting all deficiencies. This can be seen in 2016 - 2017 which shows an increase in health performance of financial performance with a score of 47.30% compared to 2014 - 2015 which was only able to score 41.89%.

Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III branch TanjungEmas Semarang, is a company engaging inproviding the harbour service which alwaysprovides satisfaction to the stakeholders. So itisimportant for the company to motivateemployees to work to achieve jobs satisfactionso thatemployees can improve theirperformance. The purpose of this researchwere, first, to findout the influencehierarchical motivation of needs onemployees jobs satisfaction, secondly,toreplicate the research that has been there , toproving empirically whether thereareinfluence hierarchical motivation of needson employees jobs satisfaction ,third,toprovingempirically whether there areinfluence between level of lateness on jobssatisfaction. Theresearch sample were 60employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesiabranch Tanjung emasSemarang asrespondents. The independent variable of thisresearch was hierarchicalmotivation of needsand the dependent variable was jobssatisfaction of employees . Themethod ofanalysis in this research used multiple linearregression test, t test,and f test .Whilethemethod of collecting data were questionnaireand literature study. The result oftheregression analysis shows that positivecoefficient, which meant that hierarchicalmotivationof needs gave positive andsignificant effect on jobs satisfaction based onthe result partiallyand simultaneously. Andthis result can be concluded that this researchempirically has been proved and in line withkusnul prianto research.
