Abstract

Hill Cipher merupakan salah satu algoritma kriptografi kunci simetris. Algoritma Hill Cipher menggunakan matriks berukuran m x m sebagai kunci untuk melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi Karena menggunakan matriks sebagai kunci, Hill Cipher merupakan algoritma kriptografi kunci simetris yang sulit dipecahkan, karena teknik kriptanalisis seperti analisis frekuensi tidak dapat diterapkan dengan mudah untuk memecahkan algoritma ini. adapun Kriptografi Hill Chiper saat ini telah banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terkait dengan pengamanan suatu kunci. Adapun dalam proses Salah satu permasalahannya dalam bidang optimasi algoritma genetika ini dapat diterapkan pada berbagai bidang tertuntu didalam hal ini algoritma genetika dapat diterapkan untuk mengoptimasi suatu permasalahan yang ingin diselesaikan pada suatu penyajian kunci pada kriptografi hill chiper, dimana tujuan dari algortima genetika ini akan memberikan hasil yang lebih optimal didalam mendapatkan kunci pada kriptografi hill chiper, Untuk itu penulis menggunakan algoritma genetika sebagai pengoptimasian sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang baik didalam menetukan suatu kunci yang lebih baik dan dengan Algoritma Genetika akan menghasilkan hasil yang terbaik didalam memberikan penyajian kunci

Abstract

This study aimed to generate a learning model of Computer Science based on brain research to improve learning outcomes of PTIK students of Dehasen University Bengkulu. Type of this research was a development study that generates a brain-based learning model. The syntaxes were a) introduction; b) coreactivities, including (i) problem-giving phase, (ii) investigation phase, (iii) group discussion phase, (iv) class discussion phase, (v) application phase; c) closing. The development design according to Plomp (in Wahyu Widada: 2012), consists of five phases, namely: initial investigation; design; construction (realization); test, evaluation and revision; and implementation. The subjects of this study were students of PTIK Dehasen University of Bengkulu City academic year 2016/2017.Based on the results of the study and from the test that had been conducted once―which was a limited test, it can be concluded that: all aspects used to state that the learning model and all learning devices developed are practical and effective had been fulfilled, then the development cycle to get a practical and effective learning model has ended.But even if all the criteria were met, some revisions needed to do to get the final Prototype. The revisions were related to the use of language in the model book and student activity sheets. After the revisions were done, the final prototype was obtained, which is a valid, practical, and effective Mathematical Learning Model based on brain research.

Abstract

The Fuzzy Logic concept was first introduced by Prof. Lotfi Zadeh from the University of California at Berkeley in 1965, and presented not as a control methodology, but as a way of processing data by allowing the use of partial set membership compared to the crisp set membership or non-membership. Along with the development of computer technology, the concept of fuzzy logic is increasingly needed by people, because this concept is able to provide information needed in the decision making process. This study aims to analyze and design intelligent systems to monitor the health development of inpatients. The method used is the Fuzzy Logic method. This method will predict the level (degree) of health of each patient based on the amount of drug use and the durationof diagnosis process. The tools used to analyze and design the system are Unified Modeling Language. The results of this research are monitoring the health development of patients using the Fuzzy Logic method.

Abstract

SMA Padamu Negeri Medan adalah sekolah yang memiliki dua jurusan yaitu IPA dan IPS. Proses pembelajaran masih bersifat konvensional, bahwa proses belajar mengajar antara siswa dengan guru hanya dilakukan dengan terjadinya pertemuan antara siswa dengan guru di dalam kelas. Jika guru yang bersangkutan tidak hadir dan waktu pembelajaran yang dibatasi pihak sekolah, maka secara otomatis proses pembelajaran pun akan terhambat. Berbagai konsep dan teknik baru dalam pengajaran telah banyak dikembangkan untuk menggantikan metode tradisional yang hanya mengandalkan pada metode pengajaran satu arah di kelas. Salah satu metode pengajaran yang sedang berkembang di masa sekarang adalah e-learning. E-learning dapat membantu parapengajar dalam mendistribusikan bahan ajar mereka tanpa harus berada di kelas dengan menggunakan internet, hal ini dapat memaksimalkan waktu pembelajaran di kelas yang terbatas. Pengembangan sistem informasi dalam pembuatan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Waterfall dan dalam pembuatan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa script yang digunakan untuk membuat halaman website dan MySQL sebagai database tempat penyimpanan data. Dengan adanya e-learning ini dapat membantu proses belajar mengajar agar lebih optimal. Memudahkan para guru untuk dapat mendistribusikan materi pelajaran untuk siswa/i di SMA Padamu Negeri Medan dan juga siswa/i dapat dengan mudah mendapat materi pelajaran. Website e-learning ini dapat dijadikan media diskusi tambahan untuk membahas materi pelajaran yang belum tuntas serta dapat mengerjakan soal-soal ujian berupa pilihan ganda dan mengumpulkan tugas-tugas yang di berikan oleh guru.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat secara umum akan sebuah hiburan saat ini sangatlah tinggi, salah satu media hiburan yang terpopuler ialah televisi. Namun televise konvensional sudah tidak lagi mampu mengimbangi tingkat mobilitas masyarakat yang semakin meningkat. Selain televisi, kebutuhan masyarakat akan penggunaan internet juga cukup tinggi. Memang sudah ada saluran televisi online yang disediakan tetapi permasalahan yang ditimbulkan ada pada kecepatan karena TV online diakses melalui web dan resource pada web. Terdapat juga iklan pada web, content web dan juga pengaruh jaringan serta web yang pada dasarnya tidak khusus untuk TV online, sehingga membuat TV online menjadi sangat lambat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dirancang sebuah sistem yang bias menyediakan saluran TV online dengan menggunakan fasilitas internet tanpa perlu adanya banner ataupun konten lain seperti halnya pada website TV online. Siaran yang tergambar kemudian disiarkan ke jaringan lokal menggunakan aplikasi Visual Basic .NET 2010. Dengan adanya server televise streaming yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk broadcasting televise sendiri dalam suatu jaringan computer lokal, diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi para pengguna khususnya dalam kemudahan menikmati siaran televisi

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan penerapan teknologi mengalami peningkatan yang semakin pesat. Efektifitas serta efisiensi waktu dan biaya menyebabkan setiap praktisi bisnis merasa perlu menerapkan TI dalam setiap lingkungan kerjanya. Pada saat ini teknologi yang banyak dimanfaatkan diberbagai instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Teknologi komputer dapat dipakai untuk mengatasi masalah dalam melakukan analisa kerja dalam berbagai bidang. Dengan adanya perancangan suatu sistem pengolahan data pada Puskesmas Pengambiran akan memudahkan user dalam melakukan pengolahan data-data.

Abstract

In general, the habit of learning a person is influenced by personality variables. Not a few parents who do not understand about the method of effective learning for children, the parents and teachers must approach first in order to know the personality and habits of children, especially children with a tunagrahita. Learning method given to the child is very important, therefore teaching methods applied by parents at home and given by teachers should be the same in order to facilitate the child in understanding the lesson and not experiencing confusion because accept different learning methods. This is very influential, because there are still many students with disabilities who still have difficulty understanding the learning especially reading, writing and counting where the learning will be very influential for the community. Based on these problems it is necessary expert system to facilitate parents in providing home study in accordance with the methods of learning provided by teachers at school so that students more easily and quickly in understanding the lesson

Abstract

— Seal Chamber in Mechanical Seal Test Plant is a part that is used for heat exchange between hot liquid fluid in the form of condensed steam and cold liquid fluid in mechanical seal test plant. In heat exchange it is arranged so that the hot fluid can raise and lower the temperature from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃ and vice versa within 1-2 minutes. In the exchange of heat, data acquisition is still needed, which is then processed by data acquisition software that has been calibrated to determine the sensor response to the environment for test plant. In this study, data acquisition and monitoring systems were carried out and multi tasking synchronization with several sensors with one centralized controller. In addition, the volume seal chamber is equipped with a valve regulated by a servo motor to regulate the amount of hot liquid fluid in the form of condensed steam. Valve is used to be a regulator of the flow of hot fluid that enters and exits the seal chamber volume model. This research will be used to control the level and temperature in prototype of the Mechanical Sil test plant according to API 682. The manual control is done and there is an average error for the relationship of the actual valve with the water flow sensor of 8.42%.

Abstract

Sundanese are tribes from West Java and Banten that use their own local language known as Sundanese. The large number of local residents who still use Sundanese in communicating daily is an obstacle in increasing tourist visits to the area. Then a translator is needed which can be used as a liaison between tourists and local residents so that there is no miscommunication between the two. But the increasing number of tourists, there is a lack of the number of translators needed, so it needs to be made a translator application by utilizing the development of computer technology. The application developed is an Indonesian-Sundanese to translate in the form of words using the IDA* algorithm. This algorithm is an A* algorithm whose depth is limited to each search iteration. Although the time complexity is higher than that of the A* algorithm, the IDA* algorithm does not require as much memory as needed by the A* algorithm. Then the IDA* algorithm is used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the IDA* algorithm can be implemented to convert translate words in Indonesian and Sundanese based on the estimation value of the smallest total cost of each word stored in the database, where the word that has the smallest total cost estimationcan be selected as a result of the translation.

Abstract

Academic information is an important information for students in assisting academic activities, every effort has been developed to improve academic services. With the continuous development of various mobile devices or smartphones, the traditional way of Short Message Service (SMS) has been replaced by instant messaging applications that make the communication process more real-time. So this research will try to use technology in instant message as a means of academic service information, it is expected academic information can be delivered more quickly and up-to-date. Telegram as one of the instant messaging application that offers various advantages in its feature than other instant messaging application. The most popular feature and is being developed on telegram is the bot feature, where a third party or user can develop bot features according to user requirements. Thus telegram can help overcome various problems such as academic information seeking problems. For that made the application of lecture information service using Telegram Bot. The making of this information service application is built with Rational Unified Process (RUP) process model, Forward Chaining method and using Python Telepot Framework for Telegram Bot API for application to run via Telegram instant message. With the making of this application, facilitate communication and delivery of academic information to lecturers, students, and the academic community.
