Abstract

Purpose Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Performance of Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan South Sumatera Province. This type of research used in this research is associative research that is a research statement that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results of this study can be concluded, first, Simultaneous Testing at a confidence level of 95% shows there is a significant influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province. Second, partial testing at 95% confidence level shows that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of South Sumatra Province. Third, partial testing at the 95% confidence level shows that there is a significant influence of the work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province. Researchers provide recommendations to the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province, namely first, leaders must increase their motivation through work environment conditions. Second, the leader gives adequate compensation. Third, the status and responsibilities so that employees are willing to improve performance voluntarily without coercion. Fourth, we must pay attention to the work environment of employees, especially through air temperature, noise and employee relations so that employees are willing to obey the rules and norms that apply in the company, so that employee performance also improves.

Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is one part of the structure and spearhead of the Ministry of Religion in religious service and guidance in the community. As a technical unit dealing directly with the community, the performance of KUA employees will be a concern. The Factors can affect the performance among leadership, motivation and work discipline. This research aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of KUA employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is a quantitative study with causal descriptive analysis techniques, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient tests. Data were collected using a questionnaire with 114 respondents. Based on the results of data processing with the coefficient of determination or Ajusted R Square 0.422, shows that employee performance is influenced by leadership, motivation and work discipline by 42.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. the F test results obtained Fcount > Ftable (28.520 > 3.08), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this shows that leadership, motivation and work discipline together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, while motivation does not significantly influence the performance of KUA employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency. In addition to the factors of good leadership and high work discipline, the Ministry of Religion in particular the head of the KUA needs to pay attention to matters that can increase the motivation of KUA employees in order to improve their performance in the future.

Abstract

This study is entitled Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Against Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) in SUMBAGSEL. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with the path analysis model. The results of the study answer the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Second, customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Third, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Fourth, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Fifth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Sixth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Seventh, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Eighth, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Ninth, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) Sumbagsel. Through the path analysis it is concluded that the path for the four independent variables and the two more effective dependent variables is the direct influence pathway, this can be seen from all the values ​​of the direct pathway value is higher if compared to the path of indirect influence. Researchers provide recommendations, first carry out new investments to replace equipment facilities that are old and often suffer damage according to customer needs. Second, make service service agreement (SLA) contract agreements and commit according to customer wishes. Third, make communication via social media be it Whatsapp, Facebook and so on as the customer wishes. Fourth, provide special training for officers who deal directly with CRM activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment and work motivation both together and partially on the performance of employees at the Musi Banyuasin District Office. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data from the answers of 111 respondents. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis and through testing of validity and reliability instruments. Data tests are normality test and linearity test and multicollinearity test model and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the F-Test show that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline, environment and work motivation together on employee performance. The results of the T-test show that there is a positive and significant influence on discipline, environment and work motivation partially on employee performance. Increasing and decreasing discipline, work environment and work motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance At PT. Sinar Kencana Multi. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of analysis by using hypothesis test (t-test) obtained t-count (11.143)> t-table (2.03951) then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant influence employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Kencana Multi Lestari. The calculated coefficient of determination (R2) obtained for 0800. This indicates 80%. Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Kencana Multi Lestari is influenced by employee engagement while the remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables mentioned in this research such as individual and organizational factors (Mangkunegara, 2005: 14).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, competencies, leadership style on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the East Semendawai District. The population usedin this study were all teachers of public elementary school in the East Semendawai District with a total sample of 180 teachers. The researh method used is an associative analysis method using path analysis, and the operation of its calculations using the application program version 16.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The work environment, competence, leadership style together have a significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers of public elementary school in the East Semendawai District. 2) The work environment, leadership style and job satisfaction together have a significant affect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the East Semendawai District. 3) The work environment did not have a significant effect and negative on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 4) Competence has a significant effect and positive on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 5) Leadership style has a significant effect and positive on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 6) The work environment did not have a significant effect and negative on the performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 7) leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 8) Job satisfaction did not have a significant effect and positif on teacher performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the legal protection for businesses in car rental services in the city of Baturaja. This study uses empirical-normative research. That the legal protection for businesses in car rental services in the city of Baturaja refers to the provisions of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and the substance of the car rental agreement. Settlement of disputes over damages arising from the negligence of the consumer refers to the substance of the agreement is the settlement of the problem solved by means of non-litigation, namely through deliberation to reach consensus, and compensation on the part of consumers to businesses.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, yang bertujuan melukiskan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik populasi tertentu atau bidang tertentu secara faktual dan cermat. Pada hakikatnya, metode deskriptif mengumpulkan data secara univariat. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,758 + 0,900X+e. Nilai korelasi antara variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,885 artinya korelasi antara variabel adalah sangat kuat. Angka R Square sebesar 0,783 hal ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) sebesar 78,30% sedangkan sisanya 21,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian. Nilai koefisien thitung promosi (X) sebesar 15,336 > ttabel 1,66864 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Peneliti menyarankan bagi manajemen gua harimau untuk terus menjaga konsistensi dalam mempromosikan objek wisata gua harimau, agar para wisatawan baik lokal mau pun luar kota, baik dalam negeri mau pun luar negeri terus ingin berkunjung ke objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Harga Kopi Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Pada Distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are, Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Dengan Perumusan masalah bagaimana pengaruh harga kopi terhadap pendapatan petani pada distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi review dan studi pustaka. adapun teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif dengan model penelitian berupa analisi regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai pengaruh harga kopi terhadap pendapatan petani dengan bantuan data kuesioner didapatkan hasil menunjukan bahwa harga kopi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani Pada Distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are, Kabupaten OKU Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of inflation, interest rate, and exchanges rate together and partially on LQ45 stock price index in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of this study used associative design to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The instrument of this study using purposive sampling technique, and the total sample of 22 companies belonging to LQ45 companies registered from January 2012 to December 2016. The result shows LQ45 Stock Price Index listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange is influenced by inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate together, but partially inflation and interest rate do not affect the LQ45 Stock Price Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
