Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of inflation, interest rate, and exchanges rate together and partially on LQ45 stock price index in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of this study used associative design to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The instrument of this study using purposive sampling technique, and the total sample of 22 companies belonging to LQ45 companies registered from January 2012 to December 2016. The result shows LQ45 Stock Price Index listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange is influenced by inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate together, but partially inflation and interest rate do not affect the LQ45 Stock Price Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Rendahnya daya peternak sapi perah tidak terlepas dari beberapa kelemahan, salah satunya adalah rendahnya produktivitas ternak sapi (8-12 lt/ekor/hari) dibandingkan luar negeri yang sudah mencapai 20 lt/hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui saluran rantai pasok susu di Kabupaten Bandung, (2) menganalisis sistem kompensasi berbasis points system pada usaha kecil, dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, work engagement, kompetensi, dan budaya kerja terhadap daya saing pelaku Industri susu di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis points system, dan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Saluran rantai yang dominan yaitu saluran rantai pasok pertama, sistem kompensasi yang efisien di terapkan adalah sistem kompensasi penggolongan, kompensasi dapat meningkatkan daya saing peternak sapi perah di Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Pegawai, Disiplin Pegawai serta Kepuasan Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor DN KLS I Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei eksplanasi dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang pegawa, digunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian, digunakan uji F dan uji t. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS for windows versi 20, didapatkan hasil bahwa : 1) Nilai koefisien beban pegawai sebesar 0,003 (3%), berarti beban pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 3%; 2) Nilai koefisien disiplin pegawai sebesar 0,047 (4,7%), berarti disiplin pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 4,7%; 3) Nilai koefisien kepuasan pegawai sebesar 0,492 (49,2%), berarti kepuasan pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 49,2%. Nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,299 (29,9%), menggambarkan bahwa kinerja pegawai (Y), dapat dijelaskan oleh Beban Pegawai, Disiplin Pegawai serta Kepuasan Pegawai sebesar 29,9%, sedangkan sisanya 70,1%, dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain, yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji hipotesis F, didapat nilai Fhitung (6,552) > Ftabel (2,769), ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan Beban Pegawai, Disiplin Pegawai serta Kepuasan Pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan dari hasil uji hipotesis t, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : 1) nilai thitung (0,018) < ttabel (1,673) yang berarti bahwa tidak ada pengaruh beban pegawai terhadap kinerja; 2) nilai thitung (0,190) < ttabel (1,673) yang berarti bahwa tidak ada pengaruh disiplin pegawai terhadap kinerja; 3) nilai thitung (3,338) < ttabel (1,673) yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of disclosure of social responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility) to the stock price, which disclosure is measured from the amount of disclosure of each theme is the theme of community, consumer products and theme, the theme of employment, as well as the theme of the environment. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method, as many as 31 manufacturing companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. However, previous test is conducted prior to the data normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov One Sample Test and classical assumption. The test results together against the hypothesis shows there are influence between social disclosure on stock prices. The test results show that Ha4 partially accepted, which means there is influence between the number of environmental themes disclosure on stock prices while Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 rejected because t arithmetic < t table, which means there is no effect between the number of disclosures social themes, products and consumer and labor to stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and organizational culture on the performance of employees of Palm Oil Factory 1 at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja. The research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja. The number of respondents were 93 employees in this study. Data collection was done through interview, observation and spreading of the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the incentives and organizational culture partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of Palm Oil Factory 1 at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job analysis and compensation on employee performance at PT Thamrin Brothers Branch Baturaja 1. The sampling technique using the technique of Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling where sampling of members of the population randomly and stratified but members of the population is hiterogen (not similar ). The sample in this research is obtained 52 employees. The result of this research shows that job analysis has influence to employee performance with correlation coefficient value is 0,778 and compensation has influence to employee performance with correlation coefficient value is 0,684. Multiple correlation coefficient R equal to 0,812 which mean have strong influence between job analysis and compensation on employee performance at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja Branch 1. Multiple regression equation Y = 10,586 + 0,558X1 + 0,228X2 + Et, with t test can be concluded that analysis Position and compensation jointly both have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja tinjau dari sisi rasio likuiditas dan rentabilitas pada Koperasi Seraba Usaha Desa Tanjung Atap, Ogan Ilir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa selama lima tahun dari periode 2008 sampai 2010 efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja ada perbedaan. Modal kerja yang paling efektif pada periode 31 Desember 2009 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2010 sebesar 20,95%. Dari sisi rasio likuiditas, tahun 2008 termasuk kategori sehat dengan bobot nilai 90,76%, tahun 2009 termasuk kategori kurang sehat dengan bobot nilai 61,86%, tahun 2010 termasuk kategori cukup sehat dengan bobot nilai 68,78%. Oleh karena itu penggunaan modal yang efektif dilihat dari rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2008. Sedangkan dilihat dari sisi rasio rentabilitas penggunaan modal kerja yang paling efektif terjadi pada tahun 2010 dengan bobot nilai 179,92%.

Abstract

Kompensasi termasuk salah satu faktor kunci dalam proses pengembangan kualitas SDM UKM. Objek penelitian adalah Momo Milk Barn Bogor. Momo Milk Barn Bogor merupakan usaha kecil dan menengah yang bergerak di bidang kuliner di Kota Bogor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi sistem kompensasi yang diterapkan, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi dasar penggajian, dan menganalisis sistem kompensasi yang ideal untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode point system dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa kondisi sistem kompensasi Momo Milk Barn Bogor kurang ideal. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi dasar penetapan gaji pada Momo Milk Barn Bogor adalah pendidikan formal, pengalaman kerja, fisik, tanggung jawab supervisi, inisiatif, konsekuensi kesalahan, pengaruh hasil kerja dan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang ideal adalah sistem kompensasi dengan menggunakan non penggolongan karena untuk menerapkan dana yang dikeluarkan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Radar Bogor is a local daily morning newspaper published in Bogor belongs to Jawa Pos Groups. Newspaper competition is more tightly because of new newspapers emergingand consumer preferences changing. The company must plan innovativemarketing strategy based on consumer satisfaction. The purposes of this study were to identify factors influencing customer satisfaction and to analyze the level of customer satisfactionof Radar Bogor newspaper. The method was used IPA-CSI (Important Performance Analysis-Customer Satisfaction Index). The Analysis coverage 29 attributes. High priority attributes to improve were layout design, print quality and quality of review Bogor Raya column. The result of Level Customer Satisfaction Index is 69.24 percent.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of profit and cash flow to stock market value based on lifecycle of manufacturing companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange.The population of this study was 254 issuers running on manufacturing sectors. The issuers were registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange as listed in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory from the year 2004 up to 2011. Twenty three out of 254 issuers were taken as sample. The sample taking was taken based on the indicators of sales growth ranking, dividend payment, profit/loss, and liquidity level. The sample size was calculated using quartile system of company’s lifecycle. The lifecycle of a company was divided into three stages: start-up, growth, mature, and decline. The secondary data recorded in the Indonesian Stock Exchange was used in this study. The observed objects were company financial reports from December 31, 2004 up to December 31, 2011. Modified Multiple Liner Regression Model was used to meet the assumptions of its multivariate linear model. There were four findings found from the study. First, on start-up stage, the value of company’s stock market was influenced by investment cash flow and financing cash flow. However, profit and investment cash flow had no correlation to stock market value. Second, on growth stage, the value of company’s stock market was influenced by profit, operating cash flow, and financing cash flow. On the other hand, investment cash flow had no correlation to stock market value. Third, on mature stage, stock market value was influenced by profit, operating cash flow, investment cash flow, and financing cash flow. Fourth, on the decline stage, stock market value was influenced by operating cash flow and financing cash flow. However, profit and investment cash flow had no correlation to stock market value.
