Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah audit manajemen pada PT. X Finance Palembang telah berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder . Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa perusahaan tidak berjalan secara efektif dan efisien, tim marketing perusahaan tidak menjalankan prosedur-prosedur proses pembiayaan yang ada dalam, terjadinya perangkapan tugas antara CMO (Credit Marketing Officer) dengan tim, tidak adanya survei ulang dan tidak lengkapnya data-data dari calon debiturnya.

Abstract

Return on Investment (ROI) PT Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk. has a downward trend. The downward trend in ROI is due to lower profit margins are affected by inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and cash turnover. The purposes of this research are to determine the effect of inventory turnover on ROI, receivable turnover on ROI, cash turnover on ROI and inventory turnover, receivable turnover and cash flow turnover simultaneously to ROI. The research analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is an influence of inventory turnover and cash turnover to ROI. Accounts Receivable Turnover has no effect on ROI. Simultaneously inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and cash turnover on ROI. The value of determination coefficient (R square) of 0.298 means variation of inventory turnover, receivable turnover and cash turnover can explain by ROI variable equal to 29,8 percent. The rest of 70.2 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

PT XYZ as one of the general insurance companies must have an effective organisation performance to change. The purposes of this study are to analyze the type of realization and expected organization culture and to analyze employee perceptions of the managerial competence of PT XYZ. Data analysis using Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument, Management Skill Assessment Instrument (MSAI) and Improvement Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the research showed that PT XYZ is dominated by the clan and hierarchy culture. While the expected type of culture in PT XYZ is clan and adhocracy culture. The state of managerial competence in PT XYZ is in the "moderate" category, while the expected result in the "high" category. Types of organizational culture that need to be improved are clan and adhocracy culture by increasing the managerial competence of managing the team in the clan culture, managing innovation and managing continuous improvement in the adhocracy culture.

Abstract

Secara sederhana, dengan memodifikasi definisi yang dicetuskan oleh Mary Parker Follet, manajemen disebut sebagai “proses” menyelesaikan pekerjaan melalui orang lain (getting things done through other people). Proses merupakan “sesuatu” yang tidak terjadi seketika dan tidak muncul seketika. Proses adalah rangkaian dari adanya aksi-reaksi dan sebab-akibat yang direlasikan dengan waktu. Sebagai manusia fana, dalam melakukan sesuatu apapun itu, tidaklah mungkin untuk langsung mendapatkan hasil dengan tiba-tiba. Dengan demikian, dalam melakukan sesuatu itu, manusia memerlukan cara sistematis dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Universitas Trilogi merupakan pengembangan dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan dan Perbankan Indonesia (STEKPI) yang memiliki tiga pilar sebagai dasar untuk menjadi Universitas yang unggul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengidentifikasi dan menyusun proses alignment/harmonisasi antara visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran strategis yang terdapat di Universitas Trilogi. (2) Merancang peta strategi yang berbasis Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) di Universitas Trilogi. (3) Merumuskan hasil perhitungan evaluasi kinerja SDM pada Universitas Trilogi. (4)Mengidentifikasi rancangan sistem penilaian kinerja yang ideal bagi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Trilogi berbasis Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode human resource scorecard dengan lima perspektif yakni : stakeholder, financial, research and academic excellent, manajemen internal dan capacity building. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja sumberdaya manusia Universitas Trilogi secara keseluruhan mendapatkan bobot nilai sebesar 75.90% yang berarti bahwa kinerja tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori kinerja baik yang diekspresikan dengan warna hijau.

Abstract

The Organization of Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has the goal of becoming an organization that provides training and certification for Indonesian Migrant Workers in various countries other than Kuala Lumpur. The purposes of this research are (1) To create harmonization / organizational alignment system for the organization of Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB). (2) To arrange the KPI for the organization of Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB). (3) To formulate a strategic map design from the Organization Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB) based on the BSC approach. The sampling method is a nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The method of processing and data analysis are based on BSC using software expert choice. The results of this research indicated that the performance of Organization Edukasi Untuk Bangsa Kuala Lumpur Malaysia has obtained a value of 39.21 percent which can be expressed with red color. This performance can be improved by implementing a program of strategic initiatives, especially at the Key Performance Indicators that were still low.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the working environment at PT. X (Persero) Fuel Retail Marketing Region II does to increase employee productivity. This Analysis was conducted with 7 environmental determinants of physical working that is lighting, colour, air, noise, hygiene and safety security procedures of non-physical environmental factors combined performance of employees based on achievement employees achievement PT. X. This research based on the primary data collection which used questionnaires by 10 respondents employees PT. X. The result of this research, concluded that the physical and nonphysical work environment and the supporting factor has an important role to the increased employee productivity by a factor of job security is assured as the main physical work environment factors that support increased employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of export value on economic growth in Indonesia period 2000 - 2015. The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression. The result of the analysis shows that export value has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia period 2000 - 2015. The contribution given by export to economic growth is 40,9% and the rest is influenced by other variables such as consumption, investment and government expenditure variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui posisi laporan keuangan KPRI Jejama Secancanan Kabupaten Pringsewu dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pembelanjaan Kredit yang telah dilakukan secara semi kompurisasi selama bertahun-tahun. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan membuat grup data yang membutuhkan banyak waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang sistem yang sudah semi komputerisasi dalam pembelanjaan kredit pada KPRI Jejama Secancanan Kabupaten Pringsewu, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi serta kemudahan dalam sistem informasi akutansi pembelanjaan kredit di KPRI Jejama Secancanan Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis sistem informasi akutansi pembelanjaan kredit dapat memberikan informasi lengkap kepada anggota koperasi sehingga data yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan tidak memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemprograman Java dengan menggunakan aplikasi netbeans 7.0 serta mySQL 5.0 sebagai database.

Abstract

This research is eksplanasi research using sample 20% from population that is 40 responden. Using simple random sampling method. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method percentage, multiple correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of data and research test using classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Using multiple correlation coefficients to know the relationship of variables X and Y variable simultaneously of 0.525 or 52%, using SPSS 16 obtained multiple regression equation Y = 22.324 + 0.349X1 + 0.239X2. Partial test results obtained t arithmetic 1.968 < t table 2.026 significance 0.057 > 0.05 means H1 rejected, work discipline obtained t arithmetic 1.755 < t table 2.026 significance 0.088 > 0.05 means H2 rejected. F test results show F calculate 7.050> F table 3.25 with significance value = 0.003 <0.05 which means H3 accepted.
