Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of students' learning motivation. Quantitative descriptive research type. Number of research subjects 205 students with side random. The results show that there are no students who have the motivation to learn at very high qualifications and very low. 9 students (5,62%) whose learning motivation is highly qualified, 101 students (63,12) whose learning motivation is high enough and 50 residuals (31,25) whose learning motivation is low qualified. Therefore, it is suggested that guidance topics that can improve students' learning motivation include: learning motivation, learning activities, responsibility, motivation berperstasi, self-concept, self-confidence, processing time, how to organize daily activities, problem solving and learning effective.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities required stimulation. Such stimuli can be realized with the use of visuals in education. The visuals in teaching can be called information services. For that in using information services teachers should have sufficient knowledge and understanding of information services. This study aims to find and describe; (1) The use of information services in teaching and learning activities in order to increase student's interest and (2) The impact of the use of information services in Teaching and Learning Activities of Personal and Social Guidance Sessions The Importance of Managing Time at Students. This research is focused on action research in teaching and learning activities by using information service conducted on the students. The method used is unstructured in-depth interviews conducted to teachers and students, because in unstructured wawacara information will be obtained as much as possible despite the secret and sensitive nature, and allows recorded all informant affective responses that appear during the interview Take place. The results showed that the learning approach with information service (visual) in teaching and learning activities, can improve students' learning motivation in teaching and learning activities that affect the interest of students. The conclusion obtained in this study that by using media service information in teaching and learning activities, showed that the activity, motivation, and student learning achievement, has increased, so it can be confirmed that with the use of information services in Teaching and learning activities have a positive impact on student learning, because generally students prefer to see information services rather than pay attention to writing that has not been understood and understood. In the end media information services is the best solution for students in achieving learning objectives.

Abstract

The world of children is a world of play, and learning is done with or while playing that involves all the senses of the child. Paud teachers and parents need to look at the aspects of personality that exist in the development of children, including aspects of cognitive aspects, aspects of moral values, aspects of intelligence, motor aspects, social aspects of emotional. These five aspects may affect the thinking aspect of the child, and this is highly dependent on the ability of each individual. Therefore, children need to get good and proper stimulation to optimize aspects of its development. This study aims to determine the application of cooperative learning picture and picture type in improving early childhood cognitive development in KB Mawar FKIP Unpatti Ambon. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students aged 4-5 years KB Roses FKIP Unpatti Ambon which amounted to 10 people. Data collection techniques are observation and interview. This classroom action research procedure is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. To know the result of student learning by using learning strategy with song on cognitive aspect conducted evaluation in the form of observation to cognitive aspect. Where indicators are performed by holding observations after completion of learning in each cycle at the end of the second meeting. The results showed that in the first cycle, there are still students who do not meet the criteria of the indicators conducted by the tutor, so it can be said as a weakness encountered in the implementation of the first cycle action, while in cycle II students are very active hear the teacher explanation. Very active in question is that students can follow the teacher's explanation well so that what is assigned can be done well. Thus it can be concluded that by using cooperative learning picture and picture type can develop early childhood cognitive in KB Mawar FKIP Unpatti Ambon.

Abstract

Implementation of the 2013 curriculum will create problems for high school learners who can not afford in choosing the right direction of subject groups and subjects appropriately, so that will cause difficulties in learning and tendency to fail in learning. The determination of the direction of the subject group and the subjects should be in accordance with the general basic skills (intelligence), talents, interests and preferences of each learner so that the learning process goes well and the tendency to succeed in learning. Therefore, the guidance and counseling service in the direction of the subject group and the subject is very necessary for the learner to be able to make choices according to his potential ability and the possibility of success in learning.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to obtain data through cycles in treatment that is done through group guidance approach to adaptation of students. This study was conducted in two cycles with a duration of research for three months. The final result is: From 38 students as the subject is known 36 students or 95% of students are able to solve their problems with the form of adjustment in the classroom, school and community. 2 students or 5% of students still need individual guidance. Thus it is stated that the research using this group guidance method is very effective in solving student persolan through adaptation (adaptation) with the community both in the scope of SMK Negeri 2 Ambon or among student residence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the basic ability profile of conflict resolution in high school students in Ambon City. The study used quantitative descriptive. The population of the study were the students of class X at SMA Negeri 12 and SMA Negeri 7 Ambon, amounting to 312 people. Data collection tools are basic conflict resolution skills that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use percentage test, and data are categorized using categorization level. The results showed: (1) the basic ability of conflict resolution of students mostly in the medium category that is as much as 211 people or 67.7%, which means that students have enough ability in conflict resolution. (2) Aspects The basic ability of conflict resolution of students who occupy the highest percentage is on aspects of perception ability (77%) and the lowest on aspects of emotional ability (67%).

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 is a curriculum that prioritizes understanding, skills, and character education, students are required to understand the material, active in discussions and presentations and have a high discipline manners. In the 2013 curriculum, the division of departments through junior high school grades is done when students are still in class X. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the implementation of the division of majors conducted by the teachers at the time the students are still on Class X and based on SMP report cards. The department is one way to achieve the ideals and future of the students because the majors aim to develop the talents and abilities of the students. Instrument that researchers use is with the division of questionnaires, data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews, study libraries and documentation. Based on the research, it is found that the level of student satisfaction toward the implementation of departmental division based on the 2013 curriculum is very high or it can be said that the students who do not receive the results of the department division through the 2013 curriculum are very low. Therefore, the 2013 curriculum is very well used in the students next year or academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Group Counseling to improve Self-Esteem vocational students. This study, using experimental design with pretest and posttest control group design. Based on the measurement results of self-esteem inventory netted twelve students identified as students who have low self-esteem characteristics. Subsequently the selection of subjects for the experimental and control groups was conducted randomly with a total of six students for each group. There are two types of instruments used are treatment and measurement instruments. The treatment instrument is guidance on the implementation of Cognitive Behavior Group Counseling, while the measurement instrument is self-esteem inventory which has a total grain validity value with R value above 0.32, and reliability of 0.945 can be concluded that reliable and feasible self-esteem inventory is used as research instrument . Data were analyzed by non-parametric statistics Two Independent Sample Test Mann Whitney. The result of hypothesis is Z value is -2.242 and Asymp number. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.025 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning Cognitive Behavior Group Counseling to improve Self-Esteem vocational students. Based on the results of the research can be submitted suggestions: 1) for Counselors: Cognitive Behavior Group Counseling can be applied to improve the Self-Esteem students of SMK, and as a basis for understanding the development aspects of vocational students, 2) Further Research: This research apply Cognitive Behavior Group Counseling with technique Cognitive restructuring, problem solving and home duties, for further research to test their effectiveness by using other relevant techniques.

Abstract

Childhood is the most crisis period in the growth and development of human life both in terms of physical and emotional. At this time the child's character begins to be formed and will continue to grow and will be attached to him to adulthood. Therefore, since the early child needs to be taught character education and life skills are right so that someday the child becomes a qualified human being independent and good moral. In early childhood learning should be packaged in the form of games according to the age of the child, early childhood is the age of play, therefore, learning situations, procurement and organizing learning means should be designed for learning activities while playing. (Life-oriented Life Skills Guidelines). The problem that we face in KB Mawar FKIP Unpatti is the lack of children's room to play and the children's play facilities are very limited / minimal, so that the motor lesson and motor lesson in children less than the maximum. This study aims to identify and describe matters related to improving the fine motor ability of children in the learning process through attached activities in KB Mawar FKIP Unpatti Ambon. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of KB Mawar FKIP Unpatti Ambon, amounting to 18 people. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, field note and documentation study. This classroom action research procedure is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that in the first cycle, there are still students who do not meet the criteria of the indicators conducted by the tutor, so it can be said as a weakness encountered in the implementation of the first cycle action, while in cycle II students are very active to hear the teacher explanation. Very active in question is that students can follow the teacher's explanation well so that what is assigned can be done well. Thus it can be concluded that with the sticking activity can improve the fine motor skills of early childhood in KB Mawar FKIP Unpatti Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of self-actualization of students according to Carl, R. Rogers in the teaching and learning process of Christian Religious Education and Character Based on the curriculum 2013. Background of research problem is the teaching and learning process of Christian Education and Character Budi Pekerti Based on the 2013 curriculum in the fourth grade of school Basic has not developed self-actualization of students. Teachers have not helped students develop themselves, know themselves as unique human beings and help students realize the potentials that exist within students. As a result students are not critical and sensitive to social reality and have not been able to direct themselves in solving a problem. The objectives of the research are: (1) to describe the way of learning of students who self-actualize in teaching and learning process of PAK and morality based on curriculum 2013, (2) to describe the role of teacher so that students can mengatualisasikan self-learning process of PAK and Budi Pekerti based on curriculum 2013, 3) describe the teaching and learning process of PAK and Budi Pekerti based on the 2013 curriculum that self-actualizes students. The results showed, (1) Students become active learners, students develop thinking skills, communicate, act, and be virtuous; Students seek answers with their own student efforts based on correct facts; Students and teachers show the mutual relationships meet the needs because teachers and students have different roles in the PBM. (2) Teachers are not patronizing, teachers build trust between students and teachers, students with students, teachers invite students to participate, teachers do not patronize, do not restrict students looking and finding, independent of other students pouring ideas. (3) The learning process from the students 'experience, whether cognitive, attitudes, or skills, develops students' courage and skills, active interactional relationships include active communication, media utilization and social relationships so that teachers and students are free to ask or respond to questions or opinions.
