Abstract

The BSM cash transfer scheme aimed to reach one-third of Indonesian households  to provide some compensation for the reduction in the fuel subsidy at a time of rapid  fuel and food – particularly rice – price inflation. Cash was disbursed in several rounds in 2007-2014. BSM attracted considerable negative public attention due to widespread protests, chiefly as a result of perceived inaccuracies in relation  to beneficiary selection; some protests were violent, and the programme as a whole suffered from adverse public attention. But BSM is specifically for helping student from elementary school to senior high school

Abstract

This writing examines inter-ethnic families, from a viewpoint of their communication patterns. The samples in this research are inter-cultural married couples, i.e. Sundanese and Minangkabau background. By descriptive-qualitative method, especially by technique of in-depth interviews, the data from the field shows that inter-ethnic families have a well adaptive attitude. It could be seen from their patterns of communication wether in their communication to their own couples, to their own children, and to their ethnic organizations. It is obvious that there is a meeting between Sundanese and Minangkabau cultures, i.e. each proposes lofty values. Such values are showed in a form of mutual understanding, diversity awareness and acculturated roles and learning. Pattern of communication is an important thing in performing an interethnic family life, for it could resolute the conflict between ethnics and as an openness so that could find the best solution in every problem of life.

Abstract

The description of the role of social workers is considered important because the initiator of the formation of a village tourism program in Sukaratu Village is the social worker itself, so that if the role can be fully described it is not impossible the role of social workers. In the village of Sukaratu can be adopted by other communities in different regions that have the same commitment to community development. These findings indicate that the role of community social workers at the identification stage is more facilitative and educative. At the socialization stage, the role of social workers is more dominant in practicing the role of representation and education. Subsequent roles in the social worker planning stage play a more facilitative role and in the implementation stages of social workers practice more training (educational) skills. Then at the evaluation stage the social worker does not perform a representational role, but rather performs a facilitation role to facilitate the evaluation procedure and the various aspects that must be in the evaluation process. While the barriers experienced by social workers in implementing the community development process in Sukaratu Village is in increasing the number of people involved in the implementation of representational roles.

Abstract

Conscientiousness initiative, interpersonal support, and organizational support are still the prime problem in the performance achieve process. It’s thought to have been caused by individual performance not done optimally yet.The aim of the research for understanding the good organizational performance that first contribution from individual performance in the organization. At the least, responsibility of the individual of the organization. The responsibility internally in the organization and for public responsibility externally.The methodology use are qualitative, the first to library study, and study of factual comparative complately, with central issue in the beaucracy, especially in Indonesia.The study of performance has been done since 1913 by Munstenberg in the conclusion that individual performance is the central role in a organization. Responding the society dynamics and global era. Conclusion the writer that study of performance have been relevantly until now and important to reasearch continously.

Abstract

This paper describes the chronology of the conflict, the factors that cause conflict, the form of conflict and conflict resolution between society, government and sand mining companies in Samak River Village, Samak River Village, Badau District, Belitung Regency. Conflict that occurred in the Samak River Hamlet backdrop by the lack of socialization, less open village government to the community, the difference in the importance of the impact of mining activities. The forms of social conflict that occurred in the Samak River Hamlet are vertical conflicts and horizontal conflicts. Vertical conflicts occur between communities, village governments and mining companies. While horizontal conflicts occur within the society itself between the pro and the opposing groups because of differences of interest. Conflict resolution measures taken by communities, government and mining companies include negotiations; Kosuliasi; Mediation; and Arbitration

Abstract

Lembang Sub-district, Bandung Barat Regency is an area in West Java that produced various kinds of vegetables. One of the commodities that have been marketed to modern and export markets are baby beans. In every production process there is always have a risk that can be hinder and harm the entrepreneur. This research aimed to analyze the risk that become a priority during the production process of baby beans in the Macakal Farmer Group Cibodas Village, Lembang Sub-district, Bandung Barat Regency by using House of Risk (HOR) method. The results showed the highest risk at farmer level caused by climate change and erratic weather with Aggregate Risk Potential is 3.060. While the highest risk at the warehouse level is caused by the late harvest time of farmers with Aggregate Risk Potential is 1.440.

Abstract

This study aims to provide advice in the form of mapping the area for the development of food policy in Pacitan Regency. Research results through secondary data collection technique of the Central Bureau of statistics the next Pacitan Regency analyzed using techniques scalling indicates that food sweet potato is very well developed in the subdistrict include Donorojo, Pacitan Punung, Pacitan, Pringkuku, Kebonagung, Arjosari, Nawangan, Bandar, Tegalombo and Tulakan. Local government development policy has led to an increase in the food had not yet led to an increase in the availability of plant sweet potatoes along with a town developed. Therefore, the local government needs to devise a policy of pacitan Regency foodstuffs suitable potential regions match the characteristics of the region.

Abstract

This article is the result of a research-based community service aimed to describe, identify and reveal how the management of political parties at the lower level that can ensure the actualization of its functions. Political parties are attached to the functions of political education that can create a political literacy society. That is people who are politically knowledgeable and politically empowered. Communities that can participate actively in any political activities of society, nationality and statehood. However, there are still many political blind people who are easily mobilized or even politically marginalized. This is for example found in coastal communities. That fact is possible because: first, geographically coastal tends to be a periphery; secondly, the optimal functioning of coastal political parties as a means of political education; And third, the lack of activities of coastal political parties that empower the community. Training and management of political party management becomes an action strategy and a choice of method of devotion. The corpus of community service is the management of political parties and coastal community leaders in Cikelet Sub-district, Garut. This community service applies management theories, political literacy and good governance. Based on the theories and methods, this community service indicates that trainees and assistance can improve capacity, capability and sensitivity for guaranteeing synergy of political party functions with the political literacy of coastal communities.

Abstract

Electronic parking machine is a renewal by the city of Bandung in parking payments. Based on data show that eletronic parking engine began to be used in the city of Bandung since 2013. Basically the user of electronic parking machine is a form of use information and communication technology in government. It can support the city of Bandung as a smart city. In this case Rudolf Giffinger states that there are six characteristics to realize the smart city. In this case the electronic parking machine is expected to realize the city of Bandung as a smart city, it is strengthened by San Fransisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SMFTA) that the electronic parking engine is a smart parking system that can support the smart city. So need to do a qualitative research on electronic parking engine in Bandung city. The result of this study states that electronic parking engine has been installed in the city of Bandung since 2013. However, after about four years tested the machine is still not running.
