Abstract

This article attempts to shed light on the concept and ritual connected with Baayun Anak or in Dayak society. The research is based on fieldwork conducted from 2012 to 2013 in Dayak village in Sampit, Central Kalimantan. Baayun Anak which develops today has the sustainability challenge in order to remain to exist. There are some findings of the research as follows: first, the Baayun Anak has been a cultural tradition of Dayak tribe in Kalimantan since the days of their ancestors whose religion was Kaharingan. After Islam came in the sixteenth century AD, the Islamic culture and the Baayun Anak tradition turned out to complete each other and develop in harmony. Second, baayun anak change in the middle of continuity. The change concerns the people's views on the practice of life in this case Baayun anak associated with changes in experience. In this case there are a few things associated with these changes, among others, the fact that the ritual Baayun Anak has undergone various changes, more emphasis towards the present situation.Keywords: Tradition, Dinamic Culture, Baayun Child

Abstract

This study aims to examine how to instruction design to optimize the potential of learners. The result of study showed that the design instruction to optimize the learners needs to do several steps, namely: (1) multiple intelligences research; (2) mapping class based on learning style. Furthermore, teachers prepare learning design based on both aspects. Teacher consultation with the supervisor in preparing instructional design based on multiple intelligences, in consultation teacher discusses basic competencies to be taught and strategies in accordance with the tendency of learners in the classroom. The next phase is the observation supervisor in the classroom and the last step is the confirmation. Based on the results of this study, the researchers recommend to teachers to always pay attention and develop the potential that exists within the self-learners early on. Intelligence is not just limited to the intelligence of mathematical logic and language, but also kinesthetic, music, interpersonal, intrapersonal, spatial, and naturalistic intelligence.Keywords: Design, Instructional, Multiple Intelligences

Abstract

The Indonesia muslim movement of the Dutch colonial period had closely related with Jawwah Community or Ulama Al-Jawwi in Saudi Arabia. This term refers to the development of students of Southeast Asia. Snouck Hurgronje, the adviser of the Dutch government, visited Mecca from 1884 to 1885. In the XIII century AD, intellectual relationship was began, it was then responsible for disseminating Islamic thought developing in Mecca to Indonesia. After they returned to their homeland, they became intellectual actors who introduced new ideas about the Islamic teachings of society, especially in evoking the nationalism spirit towards independence. Despite the the Netherlands terror, the Jawwah Community has served as "the religious life heart" in the archipelago. The learning experiences through rihlah ‘ilmiyyah slogan then had a great impact of the development of the Jawwah Community into different community, who created the religious authority among muslims. Intellectual relationship also occured through various papers written by Al-Jawwi which has been reference in the boarding house. This article examines a brief biography and important ideas from the four Al Jawwi leading scholar, they are Syaikh Muhammad Nawawi al-Bantani, Syaikh Mahfudz Termas, Syaikh Ahmad Khatib Minankabawi dan Syaikh Ahmad Khatib Sambas.Key Words: Al-Jawwi Scholars, Muslims Revival, Papers

Abstract

This article is about learning concept in Islam. The explanation is also about learning concept depending on the Islamic intellectual. Islam explains in the Qur’an that learning is obligation by every people. Learning is not limited time, age and place. We can learn not only in formal education but also non formal education. Learning to the great people as our teacher or learning everything in our life. This article will explain about learning concept, the significance of learning, learning purpose, and learning activity in Islam. Abstract

Qur'an become the main source of the Muslims as a guide to life in the world's happiness hereafter. Various themes in the Qur'an constantly by each generation intensely studied and developed in a variety of disciplines, some parts of the theme is about forgetting, sleep, dream, and death. Forget, sleep, dream, and death is the other side of human existence as a perfect being. However, so there are some among the other parts of man she did not know, even beyond the ability of themselves as being perfect. Emotional, mental, and psychology is part of the complexity of the human element that makes it as the perfect beings. From various disciplines, especially psychology intense discusses forget, sleep, dream, and death, the Qur'an has submitted a concept of humanity intact, ranging from inner and outer regions, from physical to psychological matter, from the visible or unseen. Forget, sleep, dream, and death is the other side of the man she had lived. Abstract

credibility principal's leadership in implementing management preformance improve the quality of education, especially teachers to improve and menghasilkan best learners. In detail the focus of this study are described in the form pertayaan as follows; Efforts are made by the headmaster in improving the quality of education in MTs Al Hikmah Cupel? What factors that support and hinder the headmaster leadership in improving the quality of education in MTs Al Hikmah Cupel? How headmaster steps taken in improving the support and overcome obstacles in improving the quality of education in MTs Al Hikmah Cupel?. This research is descriptive, namely in the form of descriptions of words or sentences written or oral from the principal, subject teachers, homeroom and observable behavior. There is also in the form of figures but merely a supporter. researchers used a technique through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The factors supporting and inhibiting strategies principals in the development and improvement of the quality of teachers in Islamic Elementary School 1 Airkuning Jembrana Bali is as follows: (a) factors that support: Teachers attend seminars / kursus.penataran / lecture again, etc., so that the quality of teachers increased the lead to quality of students also meningkat.yang result also improved the quality of students, teachers have also understood that he was a disciple so trying to learn again increase knowledge at every opportunity; (b) factors that hamper: Affairs of prosperity that is less noticed by the school often make teachers reluctant to work hard so that disrupt the learning process, less energetically because of depleted illness or family problems, state of students capable less well in lessons, learning ability of students are less because lazy. Abstract

Rasmul Quran is one part of the Qu'ran disciplines in which there learn about the writing of manuscripts of the Qur'an is done in a special way, both in the writing-pronunciation pronunciation and letter forms are used. Rasmul Qur'an also known as Ottoman Rasm. Koran Ottoman writing is writing attributed to Uthman ra. (Khalifah to III). The term appears after the completion of the copy of the Koran made by a team formed by Ustman in 25H. By the Ulama way of writing is usually termed the "Rasmul Ottoman". Which is then attributed to the Commander of the Faithful Ustman ra. Scholars disagree on this writing, among them there were found the article to be taufiqi (direct provision of the Prophet), they are based on a history which states that the Prophet explained to one kuttab (scribe revelation) that Mu'awiya on the procedure for the writing of revelation , Among scholars cling to this opinion is Ibn al-Mubarak in his book "al-Ibriz" which narrates the words of his teacher 'Abdul' Aziz al-Dibagh ", that writing contained in Ottoman Rasm all have a stake, like it is known that al- The Qur'an is a miracle so did his writing.Keywords: History, Rasm, MushafUtsmani

Abstract

Character education is education that emphasizes the formation of character values in students. The goal of character edocation is: (1)to develop student sosially, ethically and academically by infusing character development into every aspect of the school culture and curriculum, (2) to help students develop good character which includes knowing, caring about and acting upon core ethical values such as : respect, responsibility, honest, fairness, compassion. Pesantren contributed greatly to the character of education in Indonesia, because the values prevailing in the pesantren-containing cargo formation of character. Those values are respect, brotherhood, sincerity and simplicity, independence, the prohibition violates the rules, and exemplary. As the basis of character education, values in pesantren is also a positive impact on mental health.

Abstract

Abstract: World Bank Report (2013) mentioned that the higher education system is currently lacking to respond to the dynamics of the job market thus causing a mismatch of skills are n eeds to be improved. Based on these results, universities need to increase understanding about the curriculum and parse the skills mismatch. Specifically, the comprehensive conduct the mapping related to demand and supply of skills in different sectors and the needs of society. Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education is closely related to entrepreneurship, which guides and supports success. also gave the spirit of reaching a goals, can treat liver fall in failure. In the world of education, entrepreneurship spirit becomes a critical success pupils and students, from primary schools, secondary to college. As for the subject of entrepreneurship is an attitude of independence. While the definition of independence is an attitude and behavior that is not easily dependent on others to complete tasks.
