Abstract

Information technology has entered various fields, one of which is the health sector. Many researchers develop expert systems, medical records, and hospital registration systems. The diagnostic system is a concern for researchers because, with a diagnosis system, patients can consult through the system without visiting a doctor (expert). To make the diagnosis system,need medical record data from patients who have had previous treatment.The data will be used as a source of diagnostic of system knowledge as data training. Chronic diabetes patient data to be tested are called training data. The K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method is used to detect diabetes and chronic complications. By developing this system, it is expected that the number of patients who have chronic complications and diseases that accompany Diabetes can be suppressed. The results of the K-NN method are very optimal if tested inpatient data training with optimal values of y = 0.73 and x = 0.62

Abstract

Sebagai bahan makanan tidak semua telur memiliki kualitas atau mutu dan kesegaran yang baik. Untuk menentukan grade dari sebuah telur bisa dilihat dari ukuran atau besarnya telur tersebut yang dilakukan secara manual dengan cara memasukan kedalam lubang yang sudah diberi ukuran, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebiah sistem yang mampu melakukan grading ukuran telur secara otomatis. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem yang mampu melakukan proses grading citra telur yang didasarkan dari ukuran dengan memanfaatkan teknik pengolahan citra digital. Metode klasifikasi dengan menggunakan K-Nearest Neighbor. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil akurasi tertinggi 88,8% ketika nilai k ketetanggaan 3.

Abstract

Gold is a precious metal that functions as a gem and also an investment. Gold investment is the reason for many people because it is practical, not easily damaged, easy cashed, not taxable, and other purposes. Based on this, many people choose gold as an investment. The problem for people who will invest in gold is related to uncertain gold price predictions so that the accuracy of forecasting methods are needed. The purpose of this paper is to forecast accurately daily gold prices using the Neural Network Autoregressive (NNAR) method. Training Data to find out the value of accuracy in the NNAR method uses secondary data obtained from Yahoo Finance in the form of daily gold prices. Test results on the NNAR method produce a better and more accurate level using the NNAR (25,13) model with a MAPE value of 0.370707, a MASE of 0.5851083, and an RMSE of 6.939331. The conclusion of the results of this paper is the daily price of gold is influenced by the daily price of gold a day ago to 24 periods ago with the NNAR (25,13) model.

Abstract

In the implementation of learning, several factors affect the student learning process, including internal factors, external factors, and learning approach factors. For example, the physical and spiritual condition of students. Physiological aspects (body, eyes and ears and talents of students, student interests). External factors, for example, environmental conditions around students, family, teachers, community, friends) Thus, learning achievement is significant because educational institutions' success can be seen from how many students learning achievement. This research's first focus is to do student clustering based on their learning process using 11 parameters. Second, using the PSO algorithm to get maximum clustering results. The research data were obtained from vocational secondary education institutions in the city of Pasuruan. The data is obtained from the results of school reports and questionnaires as much as 100 student data. Data attributes include environmental features, social features, and related school features to group student data for learning data processing. From the classification results using the PSO method, the silhouette value is 0.97140754, very close. These results indicate that the PSO method can improve the K-Means clustering method's performance in the classification process of student learning interest.

Abstract

The career path of an employee does not necessarily immediately become a permanent employee of a company. Employees must go through the stages of contract employees and then undergo a series of tests to be appointed as permanent employees. The determination of contract employees to become permanent employees in PT BAV through a series of tests that require a long time. The assessments and calculations are carried out in stages such as file selection, written tests, psychological tests, interviews, and so on. With a long series of tests it is possible to make mistakes in the final results and the candidates do not getthe criteria required by the company so as to hamper the company's performance. In this study the TOPSIS method is applied to determine the best candidates who can be appointed by the company to become permanent employees. Abstract

The realization of virtual reality is implemented on an application in the form of a game that will load the genre of platform games, where the genre of this game is highly respected by lovers of games on the Android platform. The hardware used to create virtual reality in this platformer game is an android device that has a gyroscope sensor, virtual reality cardboard, and computer devices. The software uses unity, blender, and Microsoft visual studio as a code editor. The making of this virtual reality game using the gyroscope sensor as full control of character movements that serve to minimize the device needed to play virtual reality games on Android to make it easier and more practical to play. The test results state that virtual reality can be implemented on Android games and the gyroscope sensor functions well as the main movement control in the game

Abstract

The braking system is very important on a motorcycle. The primary function of the braking system is to slow down and even stop the motorcycle. The braking system using disc brakes on motorcycles is commonly used today, especially on automatic transmission motorcycles. One of the disadvantages of disc brakes is the heat caused by the disc's friction with the brake pads if you apply continuous braking. This continuous braking is often done by a motor rider when crossing downhill roads in mountainous areas. Excessive heat in the disc brakes causes the brake fluid to boil, resulting in air bubbles resulting in braking failure. The failure of the braking system on a motorcycle is hazardous for the rider and others. The experimental method detects braking system failure by catching the disc brake's temperature with a touchless temperature sensor, MLX90614. Temperature detection is processed with Arduino as a control, and the temperature is displayed on the LCD. If the disc brake temperature is above 200oC, a buzzer is activated as a warning to the driver. The test results show that the system can display a temperature reading on the LCD lower than the thermometer gun, with the most inferior reading difference of 0.2oC and the highest 0.4oC. The system can also display notifications to users on disc brake temperatures above 200oC, namely at temperatures of 211.1oC, 224.3oC, and 237.5oC, which were achieved at 200, 225, and 250 seconds.
