Abstract

Pencemaran udara merupakan permasalahan yang sangat umum terjadi di kota-kota besar seperti Kota Surabaya, pemerintah sudah melakukan banyak hal dalam menangani kondisi tersebut salah satunya dengan menempatkan beberapa titik alat pantau udara yang ditempatkan pada wilayah tertentu. Masyarakat dapat mengetahui tingkat polusi udara melalui display yang terpasang pada beberapa ruas jalan raya. Penempatan display yang terbatas membuat masyarakat kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi tingkat polusi udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan tingkat polusi udara berupa peta digital sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah melihat informasi polusi udara. Selain memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi, juga dapat membantu Badan Lingkungan Hidup dalam memantau kondisi kualitas udara. Hasil penelitian ini mampu menampilkan peta tingkat polusi udara pada perangkat android dan server berupa web yang menampilkan line chart tiap parameter. Dalam pengambangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara dengan menggunakan parameter carbon monoksida, nitrogen dioksida, sulfur dioksida, partikulat, dan ozon. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah Badan Lingkungan Hidup dalam memantau kualitas udara di Kota Surabaya, sistem juga mampu memberikan informasi mengenai tingkat polusi udara kepada masyarakat berupa peta digital yang dapat dilihat pada perangkat Android. Hasil pengklasifikasian sistem pemetaan tingkat polusi udara di Kota Surabaya didapatkan nilai precision sebesar 79.47% dan recall sebesar 85.71%.  Kata Kunci— Polusi Udara, Android, Indeks Standar Pencemaran Udara, Display

Abstract

Application had by all OTA has an each advantage on search applications, there is show detail location, the advantage which offered by OTA, give an information about reserve date until give a notification when checkin date is now. But, almost an OTA not give a service in its search applications based on user current location or give an information about restaurants around user, tourism place which can be visited or give a recommendation for the other people.This application can can recommend places where the desired place can complement the shortcomings of the system that has been owned by OTA entrepreneurs by providing recommendations of places that exist around the tourist area that tourists want, so that tourists can choose places with ease.Recommendation Applications Spot Based Android Tourism With Geotag Technique, able to provide recommendations to the tourists according to the desired criteria, also provide detailed information from each place there.

Abstract

Abstract — Promotion of the site's history is one of the important factors for the preservation of the archipelago history. The barrier faced to do is that site promotional media nusantara history which does not draw as well as the expensivecost of publication on media advertising. One of methods that can be used is by utilizing digital photos or digital video taken on historical sites and combines them to form a network of relationships between the photos. User can navigate to look around the history site so it can be used as media promotion. The method used for the incorporation of digital photographs or digital video is a method of bundle adjustment and auto camera calibration. Bundle adjustment is a method used to predict the position of the camera relative to the other cameras, while the auto calibration method of camera was used to predict the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of digital camera used. By using both of these methods and software for web-based navigation, can be used as media promotion of the history of the archipelago which is interesting, easy, and covering the whole of the history section of the site.

Abstract

The population number of rock trush according to Basuni et al explains that the rock trush population in nature become extinct because it has strong territorial and a lot of hunting due to its typical sound as a chirping bird. The efforts of conservation can be done through breeding activities. By this reason, it is important to do captive breeding and cultivation of rock trush. One of magpie’s cultivation is breeding the rock trush but there is a challenge in breeding when  the hatching process. Not only the quality of good embryo, the success of hatching process is depend on ambient temperature. Temperature changes when the hatching process by its mother are influenced by weather during day and night or hot and rainy conditions.The fail of hatching process can make loss to the farmers because of ruck trush has an expensive cost. From these reasons, to increase the success rate of hatching eggs, stability of  temperature is needed during the incubation process. In this study, egg incubator was made using  HSM-20G sensor as a temperature and humidity sensor that placed in the center of the egg rack. Propotional-Integrative-Derivative (PID) control method is implemented in this system to keep temperature value of 37 C. The PID control is used to regulate the dim and bright light in the bulb when  produce heat until the setting point reached. Because of the changing response speed in temperature is relatively slow, so trial and error parameters are made the constant values Kp = 2, Ki = 0.5 and Kd = 0.1, which produce the steady state of error not be more than 0.53%  to the temperature set point. In this machine also used a fan to flatten  the temperature and there is a hole for air circulation.

Abstract

Anak usia dini adalah anak yang berada dalam tahap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang paling pesat, baik fisik maupun mental. Sehingga benar jika dikatakan bahwa usia dini adalah usia emas, karena anak sangat berpotensi mempelajari banyak hal dengan cepat. Pmbelajaran huruf dan alfabet untuk anak usia dini sebagai langkah awal mereka belajar membaca dengan menggabungkan huruf menjadi kata. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat game edukasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif yaitu game edukasi pembelajaran alfabet dan nama buah dengan karakter Jawa, yang didalamnya mengangkat konten pendidikan sekaligus kebudayaan. Game yang dibuat ini harus menarik secara audio visual dengan Perancangan antar muka, karakter, warna, dan musik. Sehingga anak-anak akan lebih semangat dalam belajar dan tidak mudah bosan belajar. Aplikasi game alfabet dan buah dengan karakter Jawa dibangun menggunakan metode perancangan waterfall. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi media pembelajaran dan mendapatkan peningkatan nilai presentase 52,6% dari hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Information retrieval system is a system that is widely used to retrieve information. This research will discuss how the system finds back the information stored in database tables. Tables in the database are arranged to store all forms of data entered by database users so that later the stored data can be used again. Re-accessing the database's information must go through a mechanism known as a database management system (DBMS). One of the most widely used DBMS is MySQL. By using a DBMS, information and data can be manipulated according to user needs. Data manipulation in the database is done in a special language, namely SQL (Structure Query Language). Mastery of SQL commands is an obligation for database users so that the manipulated data can produce the required information. However, many database users still do not understand how the actual SQL command syntax manages and manipulates data into information. This is, of course, very risky if the solution is not immediately sought because it will hinder the process of retrieving information from the data stored in the database. For this problem to be resolved, it is necessary to design a system that can help database users translate their wishes into SQL command syntax. This paper will discuss how a command in Indonesian can be translated into SQL command syntax. The method used to solve this research problem is rule-based. There are two stages in the main process: the pre-processing stage, which consists of a word tokenization process, and a translation stage, including a keyword grouping process. This keyword grouping process consists of the keyword group analysis phase, table and column analysis, identification of SQL commands, and mapping of SQL commands. From all stages that have been passed and testing of 7 scenarios with ten (10) commands for each scenario, the accuracy is 81.42%. The inaccuracy in the testing process is more a problem of displaying data from two or more tables, for example, using the join table command. This problem can be addressed by adding new rules for the use of table joins.

Abstract

Realizing the competitive school, grade and achievement is one of the mission and vision that should be applied in schools, especially in the person of the student. To realize the desire that every school needs to evaluate, improve further the service good about teaching techniques, assessment, quality assurance in order to make the school about the competitive, quality and achievement. In this case homeroom faced with a problem in the quality assessment of each student according to the desired criteria of the school. Guardian Class and a burden for the many choices in deciding which is more priority and should be compared so that can not be timely in its completion. Guardian Class here to vote counting and determine their own rank 1 to 10 both for class XI IPA U1 and U2 in high school Dwijendra Denpasar. Determination of students can be categorized as cases of multiple criteria because there are several factors that lead to various alternative options with the values are different, so we need a technology determining student achievement by using ANP and combined with TOPSIS to help the Guardian Class manage ratings in order to take decisions appropriately. In the selection of outstanding students ANP implementation of the method used to determine the effect of the relationship between the criteria of independence while TOPSIS method is used to determine perengkingan in student achievement in each class. The selected outstanding students here are students assessed on three criteria, namely the assessment of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The average value obtained by the students are very influential in determining student achievement. Manual calculations (regular) can be used if students get the average value in each of the same criteria, but if the average value is different then the manual calculation is not the right way diguankan to determine student achievement, because it will produce accounts that are not consistent in determining student achievement.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri semakin pesat, menjadi tolak ukur untuk saling bersaing pada industri distribusi logistik. Dalam meningkatkan daya saing, perusahaan membutuhkan armada angkutan yang memadai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan logistik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sistem dinamik. Dikarenakan sistem dinamik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pengiriman, berdasarkan dari jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh pengiriman. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the comparison of technology, network and security aspect between CDMA and GSM (Global System for Car communication). Using a comparative analysis research method between CDMA and GSM technologies that includes comparisons of network, technology, and security aspects. Using references from previous research on cellular telecommunications, the introduction of CDMA and GSM technologies to aspects of technology, networking and security. The results show that the technological aspect, CDMA used advanced spectrum technology that can provide superior sound quality and GSM uses a spectrum division technology that makes communication constant. From the network aspect, CDMA used direct-spreading spectrum (DS-CDMA) and GSM network is divided into three main systems: switching system (SS), base station system (BSS), and operating system and support (OSS). As well as security aspects, the GSM uses A3 and A8 algorithms for authentication and A5 algorithms were used in the process of sending information.But the security system using this algorithm, found weaknesses that allow data tapping or customer identity fraud. While CDMA offers aspects of network security by developing encryption algorithms.For encryption techniques used Rijndael algorithm is safe and very fast. A3 and A8 algorithms can recognize the customer's identity well, and the A5 algorithm can transmit the accuracy of information between MS and BTS.

Abstract

Tujuan utama Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Sumber Daya Teknologi Informasi (IT Human Resource,IT Infrastucture Resource, IT Relationship Resource) dan Knowledge Management pada UMKM di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan mampu berdaya saing tinggi dengan perusahaan lainnya. Data dari 160 UMKM di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur membuktikan bahwa Sumber daya teknologi informasi yaitu IT Human Resource tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Knowledge Management, IT Infrastructure Resource dan IT Relationship Resource berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Management. IT Human Resource, IT Infrastructure Resource dan IT Relationship Resource memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif melalui mediasi Knowledge Management. Sehingga, penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk para pemilik UMKM untuk dapat menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dan Knowlege Management sebagai salah satu faktor penentu Keunggulan kompetitif perusahaannya.
