Abstract

Turbulance in Management unconsciously has created a challenge in public sector and private sector for managing enterprises, so that undergoing all of vision which have been set and in the end can increase productivity, as for the purpose of research is knowing relationship between compesation, performance of employee toward productivity. The method research uses Quallitantif design and analytic data uses Canonical corellation, the sources of data has been obtained by Questionnaire distribution with taking some sample with amount 34 employee or staffing from .PT Gotrans Logistics International The result of Research have been proved that  Individual test and Group test with Canonical Analysis describe between compensation, performance employee toward productivity have significance relationship, however they need attention especially for compensation function whereas the implementation of Compensation function, because the compensation is still implementated amount 0.29946 less than performancen of employee with amount 0.7236, and advice for this result as a entreprises can increase and develop for implementating the compensation function    Keywords: Compensation, performance, productivity

Abstract

Indonesia's manufacturing GDP growth experienced a downward trend from 2015-2020. All manufacturing companies experienced a decline, including textile and garment sub-sector companies. There are 4 textile and garment sub-sector companies that have suffered consecutive losses and high raw material costs caused indications of financial distress in textile and garment sub-sector companies. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on financial distress in textile and garment sub-sector companies for the period 2015-2020. Profitability is measured by Return On Asset (ROA), liquidity is measured by Current Asset (CR), solvency is measured by Debt to Asset (DAR), and financial distress is measured by Altman Z-score. This study sample used 15 textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis method using Pooled Least Square. The results showed that profitability and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on financial distress. Solvency has a negative and significant effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Paylater is a digital payment feature used on e-commerce that act like credit card, which allowed us to pay later, like its namesake. The motivation to buy goods among teenagers is very lacking because the current economic conditions are still unstable, so that the paylater feature can help encourage the motivation to buy goods in the community or teenagers do not make payments directly but gradually. The purpose of this study is to test how much the use of the paylater system encourages impulsive purchases so that people use the paylater feature as a payment medium. The method used is using quantitative methods, namely by using questionnaires distributed to respondents then collecting and analyzing data from respondents, as many as 289 respondents were involved in this research. By using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS AMOS software. This study found that interpersonal and External Factors had a large and positive effect on hedonic and utilitarian motivation, hedonic motivation had no significant effect on impulsive buying, while utilitarian motivation had a significant effect on impulsive buying, and an effective paylater was related to hedonic motivation and impulsive buying. The use of the Paylater feature can be a solution because it can encourage motivation in impulse purchases to meet needs without burdening their financial situation so that Paylater users still have a stable economy.Keyword: Paylater, E-commerce, Impulse buying

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Exchange Rate, Inflation, Exports and Imports on Economic Growth in Austria in 2000–2020. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Exchange rate data, exports and imports were taken from the Worldbank (World Bank), Inflation data was taken from the IMF. The results showed that the exchange rate, inflation, exports and imports had no effect on economic growth in Austria. Likewise with a partial test of the exchange rate which has a positive effect on economic growth in Austria, inflation does not have a significant effect on economic growth, the level of exports does not have a significant effect on economic growth in this country, and imports have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. in GDP countries.    Keywords: Inflation, Export, Import, Economic Growth

Abstract

The development of the times and increasingly modern technology accompanied by the emergence of modern products also makes everything required to be modern, including the minds of people who currently think that buying or consuming traditional herbal medicine is often called old-fashioned. Indonesia, which is known for its richness and diversity of tribes, cultures, and customs, there is no doubt that herbal medicine is one of the wealth of the archipelago that comes from the diversity of culture and local wisdom of the community as well as very high biodiversity. This study was conducted to determine the influence of culture, social, and personal on purchasing decisions of traditional herbal medicine. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data used are primary data with data collection techniques carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires. The data was then analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of the study prove that there is a significant influence between the Cultural (X1), Social (X2), and Personal (X3) variables on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be seen that together cultural, social, and personal factors influence the purchasing decisions of traditional herbal medicine. Keywords: Culture, Personal, Social, Traditional Herbal Medicine, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the effect of High Performance Work System on Entrepreneurship Orientation, Employee Creativity as a mediating variable by employee performance and Entrepreneurship Orientation as mediating by employee performance. This research is expected in information enhancement at the organizational theory/scientific level as well as improving the performance of work systems in the energy industry. This study resulted several findings, the High Performance Work System had a significant positive effect on Employee Creativity. The High Performance Work System was no significant negative effect on Employee Performance. Employee Creativity was no significant negative effect on Employee Performance. Thus, there was an insignificant negative effect on the mediating role of Employee Creativity on the relationship between High Performance Work System and Employee Performance. High Performance Work System was a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Orientation. Entrepreneurial Orientation was a positive effect on Employee Performance. Thus, there was a positive influence on the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Orientation on the relationship between High Performance Work System and Employee Performance. Abstract

A growing company should prioritizes discipline, compensation and employee safety and health to be able to produce employee satisfaction which can ultimately improve performance or positive results for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and health and occupational health and safety on employee job satisfaction at PT Sisirau Aceh Tamiang Regency. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, which were all employees who were in the section under study. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the relationship between each based variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and occupational health and safety had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: work discipline, compensation, occupational health and safety, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the price promotion precursors, brand image, product quality, and value obtained affect the satisfaction of millennial generation customers. And to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on trust, word of mouth, and repurchase intention. The contribution of this research is expected to add information at the theoretical or scientific level of marketing management and also to provide implications in marketing on business management. The study used a survey method as a data collection technique, and a questionnaire as an instrument and distributed both to the target population of the millennial generation between the ages of 17 to 39 years with the research area in Bekasi and focusing on samples who had bought street boba drinks. The sample used in the study amounted to 185 respondents, quantitative research with data processing methods used were Smartpls and SPSS. (1) price promotions, and brand image, do not affect millennial generation customer satisfaction in consuming them. (2) product quality has a positive but not significant effect, the value obtained has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Islamic banks as one of the MSME stakeholders, must participate in helping and resurrecting MSMEs so that they can grow and develop like their normal conditions. This research uses a descriptive approach by using secondary data from Islamic banking statistics during the COVID-19 period (March 2020 to February 2022). Data analysis used reduction, display, and descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the role of Islamic banks during the COVID-19 pandemic was manifested in three ways, namely 1) as a distributor of assistance from the government, 2) providing financing restructuring, and 3) encouraging increased financing for MSMEs. The development of Islamic bank financing during the COVID-19 pandemic was relatively stable and even had an average increase compared to the pre-covid-19 period. The increase in working capital financing was by 21%, while the average investment financing increased by 31.72%. The NPF ratio of Islamic banks during the COVID-19 pandemic on a monthly average was above the maximum standard set by Bank Indonesia for this type of working capital financing, which was 5.05%. On the other hand, the NPF ratio of working capital financing above 5% also occurred 15 times in 24 months of observation. Meanwhile, the NPF ratio for investment financing during the COVID-19 period was, on average, below Bank Indonesia's standard of 4.05%. However, in certain months it shows that the NPF ratio for investment financing is still above 5%. This must be a concern because Islamic banks are considered not to apply the principle of prudence in providing financing. Keywords: Covid-19, Islamic Banks, Productive Financing, Capital, SMEs

Abstract

The number of housing, both subsidized by the government and commercial, is an alternative choice for people today. The choice of housing is based on the community's ability to buy it in addition to the desired location and public facilities provided by the developer. This study aims to determine whether house prices and location affect the decision to purchase a house at Griya Alam Nusantara which is located on Jl. Kp. Rawajeler, Bojong Kelapa Nunggal Village, Kab. Bogor, West Java. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the owners of subsidized houses in the Griya Alam Nusantara housing estate. The population used is 200 with a sample of 67 respondents using the slovin method. Sampling technique with random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire were processed by descriptive analysis of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multiples Regression Analysis (Multiple), F Test and Regression Equation Test. The results of multiples (multiple) regression analysis are known to have Sig. (2-tailed) between the price variable (X1) and the purchasing decision variable (Y) is 0.032 <0.05, which means that there is a significant correlation between the price variable (X1) and the purchasing decision variable (Y). Value of Sig. (2-tailed) between the Location variable (X2) and the Purchasing Decision variable (Y) is 0.053 > 0.05, which means that there is no significant correlation between the Location Variable (X2) and the Purchasing Decision variable (Y). All conclusions are obtained from the regression equation test where there is an effect of Price (X1) on the Purchase Decision variable (Y) and there is no influence of the Location variable (X2) on the Purchasing Decision variable (Y) so that the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is rejected.
