Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study there are two variables that are variable X (Discipline) and variable Y (Employee Performance). This research was conducted to determine the discipline in relation Abadi PT Jakarta, the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta, and the influence of discipline on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta.Data in use is the primary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis of this study is no disciplinary effect on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. To measure the effect of those variables used simple linear regression and coefficient of determination with the help of IBM SPSS computer application program 22. Based on the results of data analysis using the statistical method that is simple linear regression, the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) amounted to 37.4% with a correlation coefficient of 0.612. Partial assay results (Test T) indicate that significant berrpengaruh work discipline variables on the performance of employees who obtained that t is greater than t table. Based on these results it can be concluded that the disciplinary effect on the performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. Keywords              : Discipline, Perfomance Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Disiplin) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui disiplin pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta, kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta, dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta.Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut digunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi computer IBM SPSS 22.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 37.4% dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.612. Hasil uji parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berrpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diperoleh hasil bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Relasi Abadi Jakarta. Kata Kunci          : Disiplin, Kinerja

Abstract

Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur, pengukuran dengan menggunakan dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi tangibles (tampilan), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (kepercayaan), empathy (empati). Metode penulisan yang dipakai yaitu dengan metode deskriptif analisis, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, kemudian studi pustaka dan observasi. Upaya Peningkatan Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur, perlu adanya perbaikan fasilitas pelayanan dan melakukan pengukuran kepuasan masyarakat secara berkala mengingat survei ini sangat bermanfaat untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur.

Abstract

ABSTRACT To maximize regional autonomy and promote development, as well as to reduce donations from the central government, local governments must increase local revenue (PAD). One of them is by increasing the revenue from the market retribution.Sehingga if managed optimally in pungutannyanya it will be able to contribute large enough for the opinion of the Original Region. To achieve optimal results, it is necessary to collect efficiently and effectively by the officers. For this reason we conduct research related to the optimization of retribution revenue in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of retribution pengutan in Purwokerto wage market. The result of research indicate that the acceptance of Levy in Purwokerto wage market still not optimally show the acceptance equal to Rp 180,565,500,00 whereas according to the calculation with linear programming to achieve optimal result show the acceptance equal to Rp 196.662.000,00 with combination of merchant type average per day stalls 73 people, traders losing 389 people and traders lesehan amounted to 350 people. So there is a difference of retribution income per year Rp 16.096.500,00. While the withdrawal of retribution levies Kiosk traders and merchants lesehan been implemented Effectively because based on the calculation of effectiveness has value = 1, While the execution of retribution market retribution Los merchants show results that have not been effective with a value of 0.86 <1 Keywords: Potency and Effectiveness, Market retribution

Abstract

Abstrak – Dalam era digital baru ini, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pay TV sangat cepat. Dengan banyak pemain baru serta penetrasi pasar yang masih luas, dan hadirnya pemain baru seperti Nexmedia patut untuk di perhitungkan. Nexmedia adalah televisi berlangganan yang dimiliki oleh PT Mediatama Anugrah Citra. Dengan usia yang cukup muda, penetrasi pasar dan pertumbuhan pasar berlangganan Nexmedia TV dipengaruhi oleh karyawan. Selain pemimpin yang mengawasi dan memberikan pengawasan, peranan staf dan pekerja  membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan produk Nexmedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah peran pemimpin dan karyawan juga dapat membantu kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. data sekunder dari literatur yang relevan, maka dirumuskan hipotesis yang akan diuji kebenarannya dengan menggunakan analisis purposive teknik sampling. Hasilnya akan digunakan sebagai contoh bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

Abstract  –  Competence becomes the basic for the employee in carrying out the demands of the job that he is responsible for. Employees must continue to improve their competence so that they can adapt to change related to their field of work. In this case, the company must play a role in the development of human resources owned,  especially related to the competence so that the future performance of employees will be better. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee performance CV Inaura Anugerah Jakarta. In this study the number of respondents are 30 employees. The data were collected using a closed questionnaire. Data analysis used normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV Inaura Anugerah Jakarta. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.396, it means the relation of competence to the employee's performance is low. Coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.157 which means competence affect employee performance of 15.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors than competence.Key Word: Competence, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is perform to evaluate the influence of inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate and GDP toward the number of new admissions. Microeconomics variable. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling and this research in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. Data analysis with multiplier regression of common effect datapanel method in level 3 Diploma and fixed effect datapanel method in bachelor degree. The results obtained are the empirical evidence of analysis show as inflation, exchange rate and BI Rate have a negative influence toward the number of new admissions of level 3 diploma in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang and GDP not influence toward the number of new admissions of level 3 diploma in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. While in bachelor degree, inflation, exchange rate, BI rate and GDP not influence toward the number of admissions in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang

Abstract

In this era of technology and civilization is very advanced, demanding human resources (HR) are competent and have high morale in the role and function both individually and organizationally. Technology skills are already high and increasingly sophisticated information technology will not result in work productivity when they can not be used regularly and seriousness. For that conducted this study aimed to investigate the influence of technology, especially information technology skills to work productivity of employees, especially civil servants. The study took place at the Division of Evaluation and Development of Human Resources Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Jakarta. By taking the population in that section to be sampled by the sampling frame is based on education and class of thirty three employees. The research method uses quantitative methods and data obtained through the questionnaire, and extensive observation in the study supported with documents to strengthen the research results. The results showed that the technological skills has an effect on work productivity of civil servants and Evaluation Division of Human Resources Development Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara.

Abstract

This reseacrh analyzed about the implementation of policies and organizational culture on the quality of public services at Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. The writes used the method of descriptive quantitative method  with survey method as the tool. While for collection data, the writer  used cluster sampling technique with the number of respondents was 400. Moreover, for analyzing the data, the writer applied the multiple linear regression equation. The aim of this reseacrh was to find and to answer the hypothesis of the research. This reseach revealed the fact that there was a relationship between  the polices and culture organization  on the quality of public service.   Through this research, the writer finds the result that that there is significant influence between the implementation of policy and organizational culture on the quality of public services.Keywords: implementation of policies,organizational culture,the quality of public services

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on the effectiveness of schools in Elementary School 1 Karangsari waled, Cirebon. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection method using Questionnaire. The result of this research is from correlation coefficient test known that the relation between organizational culture variable and school effectiveness 0,521 means that the relationship between the two variables is strong, if organizational culture increases then school effectiveness increases. While the results of coefficient of determination of the influence between organizational culture with school effectiveness of 34% and the remaining 66% influenced by other factors. And test result of regression equation Y = 13,116 + 5,320X which means constant rate from Unstandardized Coefficients which in this research is -13,116 this figure is constant number which have meaning if there is no additional 1 organizational culture then effectiveness of indirect school will decrease equal to 13,116. Regression coefficient rate of +5,320 which means each addition of 1 school effectiveness then the organizational culture will increase.

Abstract

Of course everyone has different experiences and perceptions in terms of shopping at the supermarket, and it can be used as a tool to find out how consumers' assessment of the attributes of the supermarket which include: location, products, services salesperson, cashier, the price of goods, discount, direct gifts, cleanliness, air conditioning, free parking. After knowing what consumers' assessment of their attributes can be further analyzed how the "positioning" Supermarket, in here researcher interested to explore five supermarkets in the district Ciputat,namely LotteMart, SUPERINDO, TIPTOP, CARREFOUR and GIANT.Research carried out by taking as many as 31 respondents who shopped at supermarkets above mentioned. Responden asked to choose the answer satisfied or not satisfied with the list of 11 statements related to the attributes mentioned above.Based on data obtained through structured interviews, and analyzed using methods Correspondence Analysis it could be concluded that the LOTTE MART and SUPERINDO are Sepermarket capable of satisfying the consumer in terms of "location" and "free parking". TIPTOP able to satisfy consumers in terms of "price," "discount" and "instant prize" CARREFOUR satisfying consumers with "Hygiene" and The rooms were very cool with "air conditioning". GIANT has managed to satisfy consumers in terms of "product", "service salesperson ", and" cashier ".
